My inspiration comes from watching my family and friends play our games, and knowing, individually, each and every passionate person who had a hand in creating them.

Playing with modern technology in a highly interactive and collaborative environment is inspiring. I am inspired every day working with really smart teams leveraging the latest technology and ensuring it is efficient, reliable, and secure. Playing inspired to me is playing our great games, playing with the technology that powers them, playing with techie gadgets, and leading a highly motivated team to become faster, stronger, safer, and smarter.

I play inspired by working alongside and empowering my talented teams; by locking arms and solving problems together. Each of my teams have an absolute and unwavering focus on our customers. They inspire me every day and drive me to be a better leader, manager and coach. Plus, what’s not to love about games/gaming? We create fun!

I’m a life-long gamer, having started playing space invaders on my Atari 2600 console many years ago! At Big Fish Games I combine that love of gaming with a focus on the intelligent use of data and technology to constantly improve our games and deliver compelling experiences to the millions of people who play them every day.
