Ett roligt och romantiskt tidsplaneringsspel i form av en saga som utspelar sig på romartiden. Victorius och Julia vill inget hellre än att gifta sig med varandra. Caesar, Julias far vet inte om Victorius är en värdig make till dottern och ger Victorius i uppdrag att visa att han kan klara en utmaning. Victorius måste skaffa arbetare och bygga vägar genom hela riket. Se till att projektet fortskrider som det ska och hjälp Victorius att visa Caesar att han är en värdig make åt Julia!
