Missing purchase

I didn't get my purchase. What should I do?

Please try closing and re-opening the game.

If the purchased item still does not appear, please contact Customer Support and share as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your ID (in-game ID)
  • An attached receipt
  • Order numbers
  • Name/description of the purchased item/package 

With this information, we'll do everything we can to get the purchased item to you.
