I linked my game to an old, unused Facebook account
If you linked your game to an old Facebook account that isn’t used anymore, Customer Support will need to manually move your progress to a new game. To do this:
Sign out of the old Facebook linked account – this should prompt the app to start a new game with brand new progress.
Link your new Facebook account to a brand new game.
Once you have your new Facebook account linked to a brand new game, please write in with:
your new User ID and email
your old User ID and email
information about your original game: (currency, last level, specific features that have been unlocked)
Once you have all this information gathered, Customer Support should be able to help.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee a perfect copy of your original progress, but we will do our absolute best to make sure that we help with the tools available to us.

I updated my Facebook email
If you linked your game to a Facebook account with a recently updated email address, you’ll need to:
Sign out of your game.
Sign out of the Facebook app.
Force close the game and Facebook app.
Open the game and sign in using your updated Facebook credentials.
Once you’ve entered your updated Facebook credentials you should be able to continue playing your game.
I want to update my Big Fish Games email
If you linked your game to a Big Fish Games account that uses an old email address, you can update your Big Fish Games account email address to reflect your new email. Be sure to follow the listed steps.
