Labyrinths of the World: Stonehenge Legend is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Guess I'm in the Minority This is posted after playing the demo. I just don't like this game. It's way too much fantasy for my liking. I did the beta test and wanted to see if they had made any changes. There is really nothing wrong with the game, it is just too juvenile for me. I don't think my granddaughter would care for it either. The graphics were okay. Really nothing out of the ordinary for this type of game. Lots of pinks and blues fill the screen. Sound is good especially the voice overs. The one thing I really did like about the graphics were the hands. Yes, hands actually appeared to use objects instead of the object magically appearing and cutting or doing its thing without any hands working it. Small deal I realize, but it is worth mentioning. I didn't care for the mini games. They were repetitious in that they seemed to be "do this, but it will effect something else." My least favorite of all mini games. Hidden object scenes were well done and pretty varied. The map was interactive transporting and showing where there was something to do. You have a choice of difficulty of which I chose the custom so as to set the hint and skip to their quickest times of 15 seconds. As I said, this was a fantasy. So far as this type of story goes, this was well written and had continuity which is important to me. I was so excited that the game was about Stonehenge, but when I got into it and found the fantasy aspect, I just lost interest. Give the demo a try and if you like this kind of theme you will probably love this game. It just wasn't for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only a good first hour The first hour gives you good ambient sound, color and a slow pace with a good story. It has outdoors with abundant nature. However, past the first hour and I found this game struggled to maintain my interest. The graphics lack a believable near, middle, and distant, and so the overrall effect is that little and big, all exist on a flat page. Once, the first hour of loveliness is over and the heart of the game kicks in, there's very little motivation to want to keep on playing, since the story also seems to dissolve and come to a standstill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Been there, done that! I usually agree with the good reviews posted by one or two of the Key Contributors who reviewed this game. Not this time, though. Once again we're faced with an other-worldly being; finding tools that one would expect an experienced agent to have at hand, or at least in their pocket —a simple pocketknife, for example; finding necessary bits and pieces for a gadget needed to fend off the so-called monster, while it patiently waits while we rummage around almost at its feet. Ho hum, here we go again! I did like that objects were actually manipulated by a hand rather than magically floating in the air while they did whatever was needed to be done. The graphics and colors were, for the most part, blurry, muddy, or whatever other words could be used to describe them being less than sharp. The background music promised more tension than any particular scene provided. There's not much here that is new or unique, just more of been there, done that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Predictable and illogical First, for those who haven't played much games yet, this game is all right, I think. But having seen better games, one must be disappointed. The story itself is not so bad really, and I liked some of the gimmicks in the beginning (futuristic devices to help dissolve energy fields and stuff like that). The game is also long enough to enjoy your investment in it. But after a while, it all gets very predictable.... first, you need to go to the icy world and save all kinds of problems. Then... guess what? The world of fire... With flat, uninteresting characters yelling at you. Puzzles are sometimes insultingly easy and have been featured many, many times before. And then the lack of logic. A sack needs to be ripped open, I have something sharp in my inventory, but nooooo, it really needs this specific item which I haven't found yet. OMG, here is this big monster / frightening warrior wanting to stop you - but both keep waiting patiently while you finish searching for the items you need, even if these items are hidden really NEXT to them. Sorry, but this is where this review really comes from... Please, ladies and gents developers, do not think we are stupid, just write something that makes sense.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from almost fell asleep This game was colorful, but it was so boring and awkward that I almost fell asleep. When I found myself just clicking through the game without thinking I decided to just quit. Purchased the game without playing because of all the good reviews, I just hope I didn't pay full price. Very awkward game, not smooth flowing at all. Puzzles were tiring and HOS were forgettable.
