Fabulous: Angela's True Colors Collector's Edition is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like Angela's games I like the Angela's series games especially the High School Reunion that was the best game I had a lot of fun playing it, but I think her games should have more challenging levels and get to the point in talking but I would still buy her games because I like them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FABULOUS ANGELA WOULD BE PERFECT WITH A RELAXED MODE OF GAMEPLAY Right at the start let me say that TM games are not my ordinary go-to genre when looking for a new game to play. That being said there are some great TM games that I own and love and I always grab up the sequels to those when they come along, but the "Fabulous" TM games don’t do it for me. As Pennmom said in her review, we need to let the devs know what we like and what we would change if possible. For me there is only one thing and that would be change the games' settings to include an untimed mode of gameplay. I think I would love the Fabulous series of games if it was possible to play them in an untimed or relaxed mode. Without that option they seem too busy and too much like multitasking at work. The graphics in Fabulous Angela’s True Colors are beautiful. Of course I also love fashion design as that has always been one of my dreams. The sound and everything about the game are top-notch as far as I’m concerned, but as I played I felt the pressure to get things done without dropping the ball. As I said, too much like work. If there was a relaxed mode I would have grabbed this game and loved it. Although the game might be too easy for some advanced TM gamers it could be a challenge for those who are new to playing TM games. In spite of the fact that I can’t play the game I'm giving it a solid 4-star rating because Fabulous Angela's True Colors deserves it. For those of you who love TM games, I think this one is beautiful and a rather happy bouncy game to enjoy. Even though this one isn’t for me, please try the demo because it might be perfect for you. Happy gaming!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from THEY HAVE PROFILES THIS TIME! I think the devs were listening and went back to the drawing board after the last disastrous Angels's game because they made the levels a little less challenging (maybe even too easy this time) but even better, they added 5 Character Profile Options (for multi-players or simultaneous multi-games, and of course, Emily is one of the profiles) and a Profile Reset option as well. At least this version isn't a one and done game. They still haven't trashed the Mini-Game scenario yet, this one has several no-skills required games that require a simple extra step to complete tasks, otherwise, I may have given it 5-Stars (more like a 4.4 ish because it may be a little too easy) But I love it when a dev sees an issue and tries to solve the issue, based on review feedback, they don't know there's an issue if we don't tell them folks so make sure you write reviews to tell them what you liked and didn't like! There are 60 Levels available over 6 Chapters beginning with Angela's Fabulous Boutique, Noemie's House of Fashion, Josh's Studio, Emily's Garden, back to Angela's Fabulous Boutique and ending with Fashion Week. There are 24 Challenge Levels, 4 per Level that allows you to complete an optional quest level. Those quests still involve the normal customer scenarios, but you may also have to clear the mouse infestation by clicking on every pop-up mouse (Snuggford's residents sure have vermin issues following them wherever they go!) or serving customer's quickly to earn specified points. There are 2 Diamond levels per chapter, 17 Achievement Trophies to earn, 18 different Language options and an Angela's Boutique feature where you can dress up your own Model with 114 different outfits and accessories you can purchase with the Diamonds. You can also take a Picture of the model wearing each outfit on the runway with the Camera and save it to your Desktop. In the first Angela's episode, Sweet Revenge, Angela moved to the Big Apple to begin a career as a fashion designer. In Fashion Fever, Angela had to design the perfect dress to win the chance to take over for a legendary fashion mogul, Truly. In High School Reunion, Angela was organizing her High School reunion when she managed to get thrown in jail! In Fabulous: Angela's Wedding Disaster, Angela was given the perfect opportunity to learn from New York's fashion guru, Sebastian, and now Angela has finally opened up her very own Fabulous Fashion Boutique with a little help from her friends, emotionally and financially. The object of this Time Management game is to serve customers that come into the boutique as quickly as possible so they remain happy and patient. When customers arrive they will show you which product or dress they desire, you click on the correct item, then click on the correct customer, then click the register to complete the sale. When a customer tries on a dress or shoes, you will need to clean the dressing room and shoe stations as well. Some items require multiple steps to combine the product in the correct order from left to right, and some products like heels must be restocked frequently. Some tasks require an additional step, dresses need to be sewn by sliding the button to the top, heels with buckles require sliding a button horizontally and vertically and some dresses may require alterations by clicking on buttons 1-3 as they appear. As I stated earlier, I think this is an annoying feature that requires no thought or skill and none of them are fun, so why add them, the original TM games of this genre didn't include them and they were awesome games. You can earn up to three gold stars, each star earned gives you Coins that can be used in the shop (available after each level) You will earn extra points if you find and click on Carl the Mouse when he pops up, and for multi-tasking or combinations. Most of the levels have an extra quest given at the start that will give you a diamond if you complete the quest. On the level map the stars you earned will appear and there are slots to show if you completed the extra quest as well as a slot that shows you found Carl the Mouse which appears on every level. There are 7 available upgrades, a Sewing Machine that increases the points earned for dresses, a Zebra Chair that speeds up the shoe trying process, Curtains that speed up the dress trying process, Counter Decorations that speeds up the handbag element choosing process, an Air Freshener that keep customers more patient, Fabulous Mannequins that allow you to restock more dresses, and a Flamingo Plant that gives you more cash register points. None of the speed up Angela, give you helpers or automatically clean stations which in my opinion, is what this game needs most of all. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun game but way too easy ! Review based on full game. The previous game of the series did not receive the expected success. The developers have removed the profile, the volume modulation and the difficulty level option. The games are now designed for smartphones and are no longer suitable for PCs. After many criticisms the designers have handed over the profile option. The game is no longer for single use but the modulation of the sound is no longer available (the music is much too loud for the sound) and the level of difficulty is absent. The game is too easy and has no challenge. I got the three stars on the first try at all levels without buying any improvements! The mouse is easy to find and the mini-games are childish. A time management game without challenge is boring ... The story is good, the characters are interesting, the bonus are fun. You can buy clothes to dress up girls while creating your style. Infinite levels are unlocked every 24 hours. Trophies are easy to obtain. There is room for improvement. Designers need to go back to the basic options and reset the difficulty levels. For beginners or hardcore fans ...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Higher rating without the story I enjoy the bejeebers out of these games, but the Angela character really gets on my nerves. If you want to play, and kill time in a fun way...this is a great game to do that with, If the story line is important to your overall enjoyment....maybe not so much. Angela just needs to go. Or ay least catch up to 2019. Hard to route for a heroin when she is her own worst enemy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as fun as previous angela games i have all the Angela games, but this one was not as challenging and good as previous versions . there was no level difficulty and i found the game way to easy. sound and volume has no adjustments other then to keep it on or turn it on,. really not sure why they have change the game play, these games use to be much more challenging and fun but now its more for children then adults. i would recommend trying it before buying it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not CE worthy but it's a cute game Angela's True Colors is a cute game taking all it's ideas from the original Delicious: Emily series of games. Even Carl the mouse is the same. Seems there could be certain hidden objects in the room to find, or a morphing object or even another little critter. Graphics are crisp and bright and the story line is based on Angela's misadventures as always. You can read the high praise reviews for extreme details on the story and how to play. But I had a couple of issues with this new installment of Fabulous. The first thing are the minimal settings. There was no option to choose game mode (beginner, difficult, etc). There was no option to enter your own name as the player. You had to choose a fixed character. What if you have a family playing this game? Is everyone going to remember which character is theirs? What's wrong with just being able to type in your own name? The other thing, the main thing that bothered me was the lack of extra or different content in this Collector's Edition. The original Emily games gave us so much more and they always tried to add or change something with each new game that came out. Angela's True Color is a cute game so I'll probably buy the Standard Edition when it's released and when there's a BOGO sale.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed really "Dumbing down" is the perfect description of the direction taken not only by the Angela´s games but by the TM games made by GH in general.. and as a fan of good old Delicious games and TM games in general I´m really sorry to be a witness to this trend. Angela´s True Colours is another incredibly easy and boring game without a possibility to choose a level of difficulty - there´s absolutely no challenge at all! You´ll be given three stars in each level even if you´re royally messing up. I tried to bring me some challenge and the fun going with it and didn´t buy any improvements in the chapters but to no avail - the game was still annoyingly EEEAAASYYY. Sigh. Even the cleaner was forced on me in each chapter - because you can be bored even more, why not! Story was OKish (for a casual game ofc), although terribly familiar, and I don´t really care for characters - Angela and her friends are terribly shallow and simply not my type (not that Emily would be my type in the latest installments, she´s also a caricature of herself in the first games in the series). Graphics are good standard and there were at least no major bugs - although on the map I was often returned to the first chapter or some other previous chapters and had to manually browse to the levels I was currently playing. That was annoying. Also there were some hiccups during the Endless Rounds - not being able to end (one person stays and you can´t end the Round, just smashing the cashing register and nothing happens) or with faulty distribution of gems. To get the trophy for unlocking all the dresses and accessories in Dress-up "bonus" I would have to play Endless Rounds for weeks or months even - I´m not going to do that even it´s the only part of the installment that can bring at least some wee little bit of a challenge. All in all - I´m not going to buy any other game this offensively easy and without a level of difficulty. I know I know - even choosing Hard will usually end in too easy gameplay sadly but there´s at least some effort shown..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Boring, boring, boring! I used to love all of these "Emily" games, but in the last few years, they have gotten to be terribly boring and there is no challenge to them. It's too easy to get to the next level for me and it seems like it's too easy to get a star anymore. I still love everything else, the music, the graphics, etc., I just wish they were more challenging for us old folks! I am 65 and have been playing time management games for years and I do like for them to make me think a little bit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please Stop Making These Awful Games Shame about the Emily series. Can someone give me any good reason why there are tiny pop-up windows forcing you to complete ridiculous tasks included in this game? These are the reason I stopped playing and buying games produced by the Emily series. All of them have these extra window events which do not add anything but aggravation to the game play. Then there is the constant "oh poor who ever character" boring story that must be clicked through one stupid comment at a time....no opportunity to play as yourself...no different level play choices...take away my choices and I stop spending money, opps!
