Rated 5 out of 5 by from Addicting! Best solitaire I have played for a long time. Beautiful graphics. Total addiction. A buy for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relaxing solitaire game As others have stated, this is a basic solitaire game which is not an issue for me. I actually stopped the demo to make the purchase and am glad I did. I won't go into detail about game play because another player has done a good job with description. I love the graphics and the music is decent calm and relaxing. As for the location of the "end game banner", mousing up is not an issue for me. "It cover cards..."; yes it does cover the remaining cards but makes an appearance when you have completed the level even though you can continue to clear if you desire. You do not have to clear all cards on every level, although you do score points to clear when required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun and pretty Another good game by one of my favorite developers. Lots of cards, difficult enough that I have to reply an occasional hand but still relaxing. Left me wanting to keep playing. A definite buy for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Nice Solitaire From Magnussoft I own some Magnussoft games, they are always fun and perform well. This new solitaire is really lovely with its bright, beautifully colored artwork. The graphics are so perfectly sharp, I can't imagine anything better. There is a small variety of card fronts and backs, all are quite lovely and make the game visually relaxing. The music is a little peppy with a few quirky sounds scattered within, but it was pleasant. You can adjust the sound and music levels. There is also a resolution setting. I was impressed with the very in-depth tutorial, everything explained so well that I was left with no confusion which is not always the case with most tutorials. It had the option of being viewed again as often as needed. The shop is scant, only Wild Card and Joker available. They are costly but the coins earned are very generous. You can afford them when needed if you earn sufficient number of stars as you progress through the levels. There are many levels within 4 locations. You need to complete at least half the levels in one category to unlock the next one, to advance through the 4 available game variations. The undo is only available if you earn at least $100, 100 points in a level. Amount is deducted from your total earnings shown at top of screen. Hints are not free, either. Your progress board keeps track of what you have accomplished and has repeat play option. You know, I am lousy at reviewing solitaire games and I hate taking notes because it becomes so tedious. But I played this game long enough (entire first location) which was high/low, to realize this is a quality solitaire game. It has variety of styles, amazing graphics, it's visually excellent with very pretty background and card styles. Everything ran smoothly, not one interruption or stall anywhere. Hopefully the points I touched on will be helpful and at least encourage you to try the demo. I know more in-depth reviews will arrive shorty to cover what I missed here. It was an enjoyable solitaire that I will purchase, looking forward to the additional locations waiting to be unlocked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game! I am partial to solitaire games and bought this one without trying it first. It's pretty - love the backgrounds. I am up to level 25 now and took a break to write the review. What else am going to do. I'm in lockdown in New Jersey. You only get wild cards and jokers to help you through the harder levels. That gets tough when the cards are stacked on top of each other and you have no clue how many are left in the stack. I am not disappointed at all. Love this game!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clear and easy I am coming in late with this review having bought the game and played a couple of sections. I find this one of the most 'easy on the eyes' of the heaps of solitaire games I own Its not fancy, very basic, but I wanted to come in about the 'wild' cards. I too could not pick up a wild card when I wished to use them. If I had a mix of totally wild cards and some numbered ones in my stash...I had to use my expensive totally wild (though I picked them up free during the game)..ones first BEFORE it would let me start using my numbered wild cards. Bit of a rip, and I wont be happy if that is the case with any totally wild card I buy. The game is easy enough not to have bought any yet. So..I keep my wild bunch free of cards mostly until I need to buy a single card of numbers and it works fine. Still disappointing enough to take a star off ! I own so many games, but I find this very basic simple no frills one very pleasant to wind down with before sleep. There are no graphic tricks that make it difficult to see the cards and its almost like actually having a regular real deck in your hands. Please try the demo, but I hope the wild card situation is clear now? The only point I don't like in this game. If you want a huge challenge, this may not be the game for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun and Challenging Overall excellent game. My only concern -- is that I could not figure out how to use wildcards, and the Help wasn't helpful about that. If you don't use wildcards then you are good to go.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ABOUT AS AVERAGE AS AVERAGE GETS I love some of the Solitaire games by this developer, but as the first reviewer stated, this one is just another solitaire game. It's plain, it's basic, it's kind of boring, and it doesn't have that "gotta play just one more level" kinda vibe to it. There are 3 Card Fonts (in case you don't like the one with no color?) and 6 card back designs, with a whopping 5 Trophies to earn in three categories each. There are 4 Solitaire Variants but neither the BF synopsis nor the demo tells you what they are other than the first available which is a Golf style Solitaire. Each of the 4 Solitaire Categories has a ton of levels, at least according to the first one which has 42 levels! Although this developer is known for having the same level layouts in all of their games (they just change the story and the theme) they did change these level layouts, but some are the same level layouts. You are required to complete at least 50% of the levels before the next variation is unlocked. You can earn up to 3 Stars per level, and you can replay any of the levels as often as you'd like. The money and points you earn can be used to purchase Number-specific Wildcards or Jokers, however, there is an 8-Card limit at any given time, but if you are patient, they are given to you for free in some of the levels. Undo's aren't free, and I have had issues with every solitaire game by this developer where several deck cards flip over at the same time as if I were rapidly multi-clicking the deck, which forces me to use my points to buy an Undo (sometimes several, depending on how many cards flip) simply because it skips past a playable card or cards! There is an End Game Icon Banner that appears when you are nearing the end of the deck. The banner is located at the top of the screen which... A: is a bad placement in the first place, most solitaire games choose to put this feature on the deck itself instead of making the player mouse up to the top of the screen??? B: covers or at least partially covers any remaining cards on the board that is on the top, so was this an after-thought? I love Solitaire games, and I will admit that I own several by this developer even though they are basically the same game with a different theme. I have played the original Magic Cards Solitaire so many times that I know the level layouts by heart, so they are decent games that I enjoy playing. This game was okay, not bad, not great, and certainly has nothing dynamic about it to entice me to purchase it. The levels are super easy, so much so that I was able to complete around 25 of the 42 levels offered in the one-hour trial version with 3-stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Another solitaire My review is based on the trial version. The theme of this game is flowers. It is an easy to play 'higher or lower' type of solitaire, wnd while it is pleasing to play I do wonder if simple variation after simple variation will pull in the crowds. I would like a more complex game - a greater challenge, and while the cards are pretty and the music is relaxing I can only give this three stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't buy from the shop I am on a desktop PC running windows. The game was fine until I tried to purchase a wildcard. I hit the card to be purchased and nothing happened. Not worth it if game doesn't play correctly.
