Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works for Me! Good fun, absorbing and relaxing. What's not to like?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite Enjoyable I was going to pass on this one because of the low reviews but took a chance and tried it for my self, I am glad I did because it is actually quite fun. I didn't like the music so I turned it off, which is not unusual as I am not a big music fan. There is no storyline, which is fine. The graphics/pictures are great, nice and bright. The puzzles are a good challenge, I like the idea of earning coins than using the coins to buy more puzzles. All in all a lot of fun, don't listen to the low reviews take a chance down load the demo and try it out for your selves, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LOCKED PUZZLES? WITH NONE OF THE OPTIONS A REAL PUZZLE GEEK WANTS In all fairness, I'm a puzzle geek and my opinion will be far more critical because puzzles are my jam. This game is perfectly fine for those who like to play an occasional puzzle game for relaxation. When I saw that TGT was a Jigsaw Puzzle game that wasn't by the usual developer of mass cookie-cutter games, I thought my prayers had been answered, but I was really disappointed when I realized that I had to follow the puzzle chapters one by one, at least until I won the specified number of coins to unlock more. To make matters worse, the options were basically the same as that "other" developer's puzzles AND the puzzles were only available in 30, 48. and 99 pieces, at least in the demo portion of chapters 1-2. There's a jigsaw meme that says "I don't like to brag, but I just solved a puzzle in a week and the box said 3-5 years" Nuff said? Let's start with the puzzles. There are 8 Chapters with varying levels. The pictures are decent, will save your progress and finished puzzles are downloadable, but you can only play selected puzzles until you earn enough coins to open up new chapters and even puzzles within the chapters themselves. As I stated earlier, it appears that you can only choose sizes of 30, 48 or 99 pieces, basically a child's size puzzle. -There's Gold on the Ground 42 puzzles -Together Across the World 48 puzzles -Every Moment Matters 51 puzzles -Believe in Yourself 54 puzzles -It's A Beautiful World 57 puzzles -The Warmest Place 60 puzzles -Ah, Mother Nature 63 puzzles -Good Ole Times 69 puzzles There is a Daily Coin Reward that increases in increments for consecutively logging on. There is a Random Puzzle Tab and a Daily Puzzle Tab and 42 Achievements to earn. You can enable a custom cursor, choose from 9 backgrounds, enable piece rotation, enable a timer, a preview picture or ghosted image. The ghosted image isn't a ghosted image at all, it's just a background of the puzzle image, not opaque as it should be! The puzzles allow you to Auto-solve (why? what's the point of watching the computer solve puzzles???) you can select the Border pieces, shuffle and sort, and there's a Hint button as well as a Zoom in or out feature. You can drag the screen around, but it doesn't allow you to select and drag multiple puzzle pieces to sort them manually, but then again, 99 pieces max doesn't require a lot of sorting lol. Now for the options this game doesn't have and should! A feature that allows me to download my own images...a MUST HAVE feature! (most people like specific genres) A puzzle shape option including my personal favorite, ¼ square tiles to make the puzzle wicked challenging (no tabs or indents) because there are hundreds of puzzle shapes available! A size option that matters, I guarantee you, real puzzle geeks don't solve 30 piece puzzles, my custom puzzles start at 5000 pieces for computer versions and I won't bother with a real jigsaw under 2000 pieces. And it would be nice, but not a deal-breaker if the above options were available...A better sort option that allows you to fetch, label, and store, specific colors/shapes/borders, etc.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from based on demo I couldn't even last to the third puzzle. The puzzle pieces "float" when you select them. You do not have to hold the mouse button but the floating takes away from the puzzle. The pictures look nice and you do have options to select timed, different backgrounds, number of pieces in the puzzle, etc. However the "floating" or spinning pieces take away from the fun.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pieces stick Though I loved the puzzle design, the pieces kept sticking so that you couldn't progress making the puzzle. *sigh* that's a shame. I would have enjoyed this, but I had to delete it because it was just too frustrating!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big Fish, Stop it!!!! Yet again, Big FIsh is offering a terrible jigsaw game. This one is like trying to put together a puzzle in space where lack of gravity has the pieces floating and twirling and refusing to land where you try to place them on the board. Plus, the designers don't understand how to let the mouse drop a puzzle piece, so you either keep moving them OR you grab onto the entire board and start sliding IT around, instead. Bottom line, despite an improved quality of picture selection, this game is too frustrating to play for long and I cannot recommend it unless/until it is fixed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This One Is A Stinker! I toughed it out for 50 minutes, trying to complete a simple puzzle. Maybe by the second Tuesday of next week it would be finished with a little luck. It was near impossible to make any progress because the pieces float and twirl as you try to place them. If a piece is the wrong choice and you want another, sometimes the first one would not release from the cursor without several attempts. This floating feature made the game ghastly slow and very frustrating. IMO, a ridiculous, unnecessary feature!! In addition, 1 corner piece was missing and there were several border pieces that didn't fit anywhere. The game features periodically were difficult to access, requiring several attempts to open. Everything was "sticky", for lack of a better description. There were misspelled words, for instance " prewiev" instead of "preview". However, that had no affect on the game, it is just a personal pet peeve. Not all is bad about this game. It has many excellent features: there are 10 different background colors/designs, a timed mode which can be turned off, coins to earn for speed, puzzle preview which can be hidden, choice of difficulty, to name just a few. I found a few of them a little confusing to figure out at first for some reason. The graphics were sharp and clear, the colors were beautiful and vibrant. I was unable to see a sample of all the puzzles, but the first set on display contained a decent variety of nice pictures. There are people and staged subject matter which I absolutely do not like. My decision to purchase or not is very often determined by this content. There is background music that isn't too bad, but I turned it down anyway. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing this game because of the poor mechanics which prevented a smooth flowing game. It could have been very enjoyable. I was so happy to see this offering today, as I am sick to death of all the TM games almost daily it seems, not enough SE edition games that an adult can enjoy, and the forever disappointing 8floor jigsaw puzzles. Back to the old waiting game, hoping that next time it will be a more positive experience. I keep hoping for MORE quality jigsaw puzzles and MORE Pixel Art and Paint by Number. Why do we not see them on Big Fish? I see them on other sites, but will only purchase from here. I recommend this jigsaw puzzle to those who may be more tolerant and willing to deal with the things that bug me. This game may be right up your alley. The demo is a great thing we have here at BFG.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from great idea, horrible quality My skill level is excellent to expert. I couldn't control the pieces. Then they would get stuck on the playing field

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a sweet time for me I am a great fan of Jigsaws and thought I would give this a go. For me the idea of Jigsaws is to relax a bit and spend some time assembling the puzzle. Why on earth do these pieces float and twist around which makes it very difficult to assemble the puzzle. I want to be able to select a piece and place it where I want it not to have it spinning around etc. Of course this may suit others but I just cannot see the point in it and for a game that takes up almost 1GB of space on my hard drive I can do without. Sorry for such negativity

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No More jigsaw puzzles like this please! I love putting jigsaw puzzles together, but not like this. I was not impressed with this game at all. Please don't put anymore like this on Big Fish I didn't like the floating pieces. I gave it a try with one picture and knew right then I was not going to like the way you had to put the pieces together. Big Fish this jigsaw puzzle was not a winner.
