Tales of Inca 2: New Adventures is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging and cute! This is a huge step up from the first Incas. Quality graphics, cute characters, fun music, great game design. This is a challenging time management game. I'm an expert at these and there were about 4 levels I still haven't gotten 3 stars. Love it. :) Next one please!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenge on Every Level! This is a really good game in my opinion. It reminds me of Island Tribe a bit -- the order in which you do things is critical, and for some objectives you really have to think ahead or else you'll never finish in time. The developers have also been very creative in mixing things up in terms of resources available, resources needed, level layouts, and so on. No level feels repetitive or like they just phoned it in. It's nice to have a really challenging game to play. The easier ones are fun too, but this one is giving me lots of hours of enjoyment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent and innovative TM game This is my favourite ever time management game. I never follow storylines and I turn the irritating music down to a minimum but I like the gameplay sounds and the graphics are really good. In a lot of TM games every level follows a similar pattern. With this game you never know what you are going to get. There is A LOT going on in each level and you have to be organised and establish in which order to do things to complete the level. The levels are fiendishly difficult, but not impossible to achieve with three stars in the normal mode. I've yet to try the hard mode and suspect at least 2 levels will be impossible, but I intend to give it a try. Some of the buildings you need to build are: A priest's hut in order to do various tasks. An alchemy lab to mix potions A sacrificial table to obtain essential items An obsidian mine Barracks to defeat monsters I hope that the develepors follow this up with an equally interesting and challenging game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real good game! I'm surprised this game is not best rated. The graphics are lovely, and it's an interesting game, which must be quite challenging in limited time (but I'm too lazy for that). I took a lot of pleasure in playing, it was not repetitive, not too simple, with enough variations on each level to prevent you from going to sleep. In fact I enjoyed a real good time in playing non stop, and it took some time to finish, which for me is a plus: I always feel cheated when a game is too short...I want my money's worth. The characters are cute, and move at a good speed, which means the time-taking is in the complexity of the game, not in the slowness of movement. really good, according to me. I can't wait for the next!....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Challenging I am playing on Normal Timed mode. It is very challenging to get 3 stars on the levels. One poster that said the levels were easy and boring must not be playing the same game as I am. There haven't been many that I managed 3 stars on the first try from level 3 onward. I am quite experienced in Time Management games and this has me repeating levels 3 or more times to get it right. So far I have gotten 3 stars on 27 levels. Can you? The combination of tasks and difficulty is bigger and more complex as you progress, After the first pass I think there is no way it is possible, but I keep at it and have conquered the 27 so far. The story lines in these types of games don't interest me much (with the exception of Royal Envoy :-) ) so I can't really say whether or not is is good or bad as I rarely read them. I just want to get to the levels gameplay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected I loved this game: it was much more challenging than what I was expecting / a true strategy game. I had to replay several levels multiple times. I also tried the first Tales of Inca game and it was disappointing. So don't let the first game deter you from the trying the second - it's a completely different game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a fun game After reading the reviews of the first game I had to try this one because the developers listen to comment and improve on the game. This is one is fun, the graphics are good and I like the story line. I played 4 levels before deciding that I would buy and I have not regretted my decision. Again, try it out for yourself but I find it a great to spend a day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the usual TM game Way more fun than most of TM games where you just click the same thing on every level.. New characters and challenges on every few levels make it very interesting. I'm just playing in relaxed mode now to get my bearings, and having a blast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is really good! Cute, smooth and clever. The characters in this game are so cute, but don't be fooled..it's not an easy game at all in timed mode. You will need to use all your grey cells to figure the right strategy and upgrades to use in order to get your three stars. I battled on nearly every level at first on just normal (not hard)..some I never did solve. The good news is that you can try a level several times and it's totally up to you if you want to toggle to 'relaxed' and move on, and you will get your 3 stars then! Your map will be GOLD. Totally up to you how long you want to spend figuring it all out. Gotta love a game that keeps your secrets lol. There is much to do, repair bridges, gather goods (wood, gold, food) upgrade buildings, and novel things like making weaved goods at the llama farm by building the mill and sending a worker to make it. There are tools you must 'get to' in order to get rid of some obstacles so must be picked up first, and various animals to be fed and demons that require a warrior camp be built. There are goods to gather for priests in order to perform rituals, and tunnels to clear and lead to other parts. Some sites require a boat trip. There are achievements to earn and various bonuses appear eventually (speedy feet etc). There is not a lot of features that you haven't seen in many other TM's, but the strategy here is foremost, the gameplay as smooth as silk, and with all that cuteness who can fail but to smile? If you are a TM fan, don't let this one pass you by. There is no strategy guide as it is an SE, but remember you can toggle so there is no frustration really. I couldn't see how many levels there are, but this developer usually gives good value. I love it! Enjoy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Game but ....Overkill on Challenges! I found this a really nice game. I loved the cute little Incas, the graphics were amazing and the sounds were very dear and sometimes funny. I didn't have the issues others have had with the game appearance being too small and difficult to read/see.(I played on a large monitor.) I play A LOT of these types of games and my strategy is to play Normal mode, get what stars I can while getting the feel/cadence of the game. This usually makes it fun and easy to go back with my new found knowledge of the game to collect three stars on all levels. This game.....Is in my opinion over the top hard! The characters move too slowly, the goals often require an unfair and enormous amount of collected supplies and actions to complete. Making it neigh on impossible to attain even one star per level! Even when you replay the level knowing what the hidden goals are and what to expect. I don't like playing in "relaxed mode" for me this takes away the fun of the challenge. But what ALSO takes away the fun of the challenge is making the goals too difficult to reach. Nice game but Developers, don't be so mean with the challenges!
