Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as challenging!!! I never played the original, but I've played all other versions of this game and this one was not as challenging. I usually have to play several levels over again to either find Oliver because I was so busy or because I just couldn't get three stars because I had too much to do to keep everyone happy. In this version everyone always had golden stars and sometimes randomly they wouldn't, but it didn't even make sense because I didn't do anything wrong. I missed the challenge, but overall I guess it was just okay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Remastered.... I love these games and feel the game itself is fine. However, I agree with others that it is just the same game with better graphics. At least make it a new story line or game. I'd rather pay money for something that I have not played before. If you have never played the game then definitely download it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An updated classic Yes it is the same game but it has been updated with better graphics, The characters respond quicker but do seem a bit more healthier than the originals, They automatically go to the till now instead of having to instruct them to go there..There seems to be more tutorial help here with arrows etc. Overall I feel this game runs better than the original. As to if it is acceptable to remaster a game then pass it off as a new game, the jury's out on that one. What mostly concerns me is what warrants this as a CE? There does not seem to be any extras what so ever, not even wallpapers unless I am missing something ? If you have never purchased the original, like the demo then go for this one

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really?? Buy the same game twice?? I agree with CockerMom1. I'm not seeing a reason to RE-purchase a game I already own. For those who do not own it already, the game play is smoother and worth it if you enjoy this type of game. For those that already own it . . . , not really sure how to phrase this. This doesn't sit well with me. It strikes me as an excessively greedy marketing ploy to expect those who own it to pay for it again! A suggestion might have been to offer it at a healthy discount to those who paid for the Game originally. I've actually seen that done before and it went over much better. Just my 2 cents.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WHAT DID THEY MASTER IN THE REMASTERED VERSION? HOW DO YOU COMPARE AN APPLE TO AN ORANGE? It's a little unfair to compare Apples to Oranges, in this case, you are being asked to compare a Standard Edition version that came out in 2015 against a Collector's Edition version that has all the bells and whistles and CE bling that the Standard Edition version would never have included in the first place! So I ignored the CE bling and downloaded the demo portion of both games to compare both side by side, apples to apples. As far as the graphics go, there's no comparison, the Remastered version win's hands down! The storyline is nearly identical so as far as I'm concerned that's a checkmark for both versions. As for the game's mechanics and how easy it is for the player to learn the basic gameplay, I would have to say the Remastered version is probably more beginner-friendly because you have to make several extra clicking steps on the older game versus the newer game. Finally, the Fun Factor and Challenge Factor which I believe are closely related if not one and the same...if the Remastered version didn't have so many childish tasks requiring me to drag a button back and forth, for example, I may have been blown away by the Remastered graphics or remastered game mechanics, instead, I was left comparing apples to oranges, CE to SE versions and trying to figure out what was actually mastered in the remastered version? You will complete your residency as Allison Heart in 10 levels of each department of the Hospital such as The Lab, Pediatrics, PreNatal, and Diagnosis. Patients arrive with thought bubbles that indicate the treatment they require and you need to click on the patient and the correct station and treatment before checking them out at the computer. The quicker you treat them, the more heart score they retain. You will earn a higher score for multi-tasking, and if patients achieve a golden heart status, they can no longer lose heart status, You can also send Patients to the water cooler if they begin to lose their heart "patience" Some items require a single click, other items may require combining several items to match the picture shown, and some items may need to be restocked. Each Level has an option Level Goal that allows you to earn 1 Diamond if the goal is achieved, and you can earn +100 extra points for clicking on Oliver the Guinea Pig when he pops up in each level as well. There are 60 levels total (Available in 18 Languages with 5 Profile Slots) and 30 Challenge levels which allows you to earn up to 3 Diamonds which are used to purchase Office Items. I would probably consider this as a Standard Edition version, but BF never seems to offer those versions, so I guess it will be a pass for me then! Rated 2 out of 5 by from What's Remastered? I'm not sure what was redone aside from an x-ray machine thrown in. This is the same game, same characters, same lengthy storyline in the beginning that you can't skip...I mean it's fun but. I have played this version 4 times in the past and I'm not seeing paying a CE price for the same game I already have just because they threw in an x-ray machine. Maybe someone else is seeing something I'm not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I was extremely disappointed in this "remastered" version, very dumbed-down from the original. No challenge whatsoever and I am angry that i was misled and wasted 2 credits on this!!! My advice is don't waste money or credits on this game.
