Gizmos: Interstellar Voyage is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Addictive - challenging! Picked this game up because it was a No-No game that I hadn't tried yet, and it looked interesting ... also, the price was fantastic, since it was on special for less than $3 ... I didn't expect much ... but as it turned out, it's probably the best griddler I've ever played! The challenge is tops ... the grids become huge as you go along, and since it's so well laid out, there's absolutely no need to *guess*, it's all pure logic. The challenge is also boosted by the fact that you really can't tell ahead of time what the scene is going to end up looking like, so there's no slipping in a click here and there because the end picture seems obvious. I definitely recommend this game to any serious griddler fan .. and I can promise you that if you can just buzz through this game in a day or two, you're definitely in a league of your own. Fully intend to pick up each and every one of these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gizmos has the best nanogram games! Totally based solely on logic, as these games should be. Options include autofill. Color or no color, as you choose. Pictures make no particular sense, but that's fine with me. I've bought every Gizmos game, and will continue to do so!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Something for everyone Really like this series. This latest one offers a lot of different options, so everyone can choose and enjoy how they play. Puzzles are solved with Logic, not Guessing. Level of challenge and replay is good. Options include: Voiceovers: you can mute them Music: you can mute it Colors and Backgrounds: you can leave them on or turn them off. I found the colors too distracting during timed Mode. Left the backgrounds on though AutoFill: has this too. OR, you can turn the option off. Timed or Untimed Mode Really, something for everyone. Great game. I do recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTABULOUS AND ADDICTIVE Gizmos is the best of this type of game, enjoy the save and exit and being able to customise autofill and timing. Gizmo has the largest grids - now up to 30 x 40, there are sometimes strategic mistakes, but like to try not using the hints. Well worth the wait.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best Gizmos yet! I have always loved the Gizmos game since the first was released, but did find the game a bit bland. Oh, the stories were fine, as were the jigsaw puzzles you get now and then, but, the gameplay itself was just so darned ordinary! I missed color, like I have in other nonogram games. Well - guess what?? Gizmos offers color! You can toggle between color and monochrome, in case you like the bland, and, another difference, you can turn off the timer. It's not exactly a timer. You don't "lose" if you take longer than the game thinks you should - you just don't get credit for beating the time, but, I like being able to choose to get rid of the time. The game is much more colorful and has more ways to interact with the game. The characters are still wonderful, and I love the storyline - a nonogram competition! Well done, developers - you made a good game great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT'S ABOUT TIME Hurrah I've been waiting for another Gizmo's. I like most of the other nano-games but this one is by far the most challenging. With these developers there is always a way to figure it out without guessing or hints. Not that way with some of the others. If you are new to this type of game you might want to try a different one first as this one can get pretty involved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Save Feature As a senior citizen, I enjoy playing games that exercise my brain. Success in nonograms depends almost completely on logical thinking, as opposed to luck. The difference between puzzle groups is largely cosmetic plus a few extra options which facilitate gameplay. Gizmos: Interstellar Voyage has a save feature that I have not seen before. If you are in the middle of a puzzle, and have to quit and close out the program, the game allows you to save your progress. You do not lose everything, and have to start that puzzle from scratch. Perhaps this welcomed option is in other nonogram programs, but this is the first time I have come across it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Fantastic Interstellar Galactic Nonogram Ya just gotta love these 3 average Joe's from another galaxy, and their not so average adventures. Gizmos Nonograms are one of the better griddler games available. My personal favorites are Fantasy Mosaics, Rainbow Mosaics and of course, Gizmos Mosaics. I absolutely hate the cookie cutter griddlers that are offered with every holiday imaginable because they are exactly the same, over and over, they can't even be solved without using a hint or guessing! But not true in his game, in fact, it seems that new features are added with every new game! There are a couple of features that stand out in this game that I don't remember being available in the last edition. You can toggle between multi-colored cells, or monochrome colors, and you can toggle between a Relaxed mode or a Timed mode. In the timed mode, you can qualify for either Bronze, Silver, Gold or Developer's time awards depending on the amount of time it takes you to complete the puzzle, and you receive a medal for making no mistakes and using no hints. There are customizable settings for full or widescreen modes, and you can disable the voice encouragements, and background images as well. You can also choose to automatically fill in blank cells for you. There are 27 achievements to earn such as no misclicks, no hints used, perfect time, playing for 5 and even 10 hours as well as earning bronze, silver or gold trophies. Each game allows for 6 mistakes and each cell you correctly fill will also fill up 4 energy vessels that can be used as hints to fill in several random cells. Nonogram grids consist of cells that can be filled in or left blank to solve the puzzle. The numbers along the side and top of the grids indicate the number of filled-in cells in each row and column. You fill in cells with the left mouse button and cross out cells using the right mouse buttons, every filled cell will be divided with an empty cell. If you are new to this type of puzzle game, I would recommend trying out one of the Fantasy Mosaic games first, because I think those griddler games are less complicated with simpler graphics. Either way, this is still an excellent game, but fair warning, Nonograms are extremely addictive, enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is how a nonogram should be. Hurray, Gizmos is back! This is how a nonogram should be: Challenging, but always logical. And autofill only when a row or column is complete. You can modify several features such as colours, autofill, timer etc. I chose to play without the colours, because it was easier on the eye. There are more achievements in this game than in previous Gizmos games. The only thing that could be improved about this game are the graphics which are a bit loud. I instantly bought this game and am not disappointed so far.
