考古学者であるパムは発掘調査から戻ってくると興奮した様子で発見したメダリオンをジェームズに見せびらかした。大して興味を持たなかったジェームズだがその晩に事態は一転。何者かが二人の部屋に忍び込みパムを誘拐してしまったのである！愛する恋人を助け出すためにも手元に残されたメダリオンをたよりに多くのミステリーが眠る島へと出発するジェームズ。果たして二人は無事に戻ってくることができるのだろうか！？
