世界を守り続けたヒーローであるアルテアがある日こつ然と姿を消してしまった。河川の氾濫、地震、パニックになった動物達の暴走などにより瞬く間に世界は混乱に陥った。そんな中、人々はアルテアを見つけ出す手がかりがある古代遺跡を見つけるため、複数の捜索チームを結成した。しかし、事態はさらに最悪の状況をもたらしてしまう…。未開拓の大自然の中で限りある資源を探し出し、必要なタスクをこなしながら道を切り開いていくことが必要なようだ。時にはイエティと力を合わせ、襲い掛かる敵に挑む勇気を持って、世界の平和のためにその一歩を踏み出そう！
