Riddles of Fate: Wild Hunt Collector's Edition is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 82.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing game in an amazing series Such a great game. Right up there with MCF and other great series. One of my favourite games, stories and series. Great, fun puzzles, great storyline. Just when you think the game is about to end, it goes on and on. Such fun. Highly reccomend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking game Awesome graphics and decent soundtrack. The look is very Lord of the Rings -esque but with more of a horror tinge. Was somewhat disappointed with the story and surprised at what a wimp Death is. It seems all I did was rescue him from one situation after another and he can't seem to win a fight. The extras are decent but somewhat disappointed at how pedestrian the wallpapers were considering how great the game looks. Nice screensaver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Beauty & a Challenge Crisp artwork and one of the most imaginative stories I've ever played. Who would've thought that just maybe, Death could be tamed by a beautiful woman? Most of the mini-games gave me a headache, but that is after all one of the reasons I play: to be made to ponder. Looking forward to completing the remaining Riddles...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Something different This game was fun to play. The graphics are creative, a little different from other games I have seen and sometimes a little spooky. Puzzles not too easy and not too hard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not for the simple minded or those in a hurry to get done. RoF-WH(CE) I’ve read many of the reviews of the Riddles of Fate – Wild Hunt game and I can only surmise that many of them were on the demo only because the whole game is completely different than the first part of the game. Granted, there are some predictable scenes and actions and the HOGs are not really all that difficult but the ‘like’ for any game is how much the game player enjoys what it has to offer. This game offers a wide range of numerous opportunities. The mini-games and puzzles ranged from the simplistic to the near impossible unless you are a Rubik’s cube kind of player. I didn’t care for the lack of mouth movement during the dialog as I felt is detracted from the realism of the game and there were a few instances of mispronounced words but those were really minor issues. In many scenes, actions develop which requires some real thinking for the player. In fact, this game more than most I have played really challenged the player to ‘think’ rather than just go do something that is intuitively obvious. I did use the strategy guide for a couple of solutions as the individual effort involved would have taken quite a while if successful at all. This is also one of the better CEs that I have played. It isn’t just a few scenes but almost another small game within itself. Granted, it loops back over itself to use the same scenes albeit after some cataclysmic event, however, the challenges are different as are the games. Additionally, even after the bonus chapter, there is another set of actions by going to the ‘secret room’ which really just revisits some of the mini-games again, some of which were the most difficult ones. RoF-WH is a really long game where you do get your money’s worth. Not only are there numerous scenes, but there are numerous actions in each scene (10-15). The trek is somewhat linear in nature and there are few instances of traveling more than 3 or 4 scenes but by in large, it moves along carrying itself as it goes. Graphics are slightly above average, the story is entertaining, and the sound effects vary and are quite good. The map allows one to teletransport which is convenient to say the least. All-in-all, I thoroughly enjoyed the game and its challenges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best hidden object/puzzle game you'll ever play CE is outstanding. Ever wish you could play a puzzle over again? After game is finished, the CE allows just that in the bonus features. I am a watercolor artist and I actually did screen prints of some screens as ideas for paintings. The graphics and colors were that beautiful and interesting. As compared to most games I've played, this game fortunately seems to go on forever. This game is really worth the enjoyment of playing again. Buy it. You won't be sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME GAME 10 STARS..IN MY OPINION!!!!! I think this is a very good game: interesting story, challenging in hard mode with an atmosphere that reflects the theme of the four horsemen. For me it was an instant buy. Length is good, there is of course the WOW-factor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love gets the best of Death I bought the collectors edition of this game and it is based on a full review of the game, bonus chapter, & secret room. There are collectibles, I missed 1. There are achievements to earn. 3 modes of play. I usually play casual as I like to take my time. The game was interesting and there is a Little Bat to help you out named Louis, like you have the pocket dragon and Owl in the Awakenings series. It is from Elephant Games and they really made this one beautiful. The graphics are not too dark and the HOS are not overly cluttered. They were nice and relaxing to play. Most of the puzzles were average, although a few were really tough for me and I had to use the strategy guide for help. You go through different worlds all with beautiful scenery. The basic premise is that the Bone King summons the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse to rule over the kingdom. I thought this might have been a bloody and nightmarish adventure. However, secretly Death disobeys and falls in love and has a child and does all he can to protect her. So that is where your story starts, you free him from prison and then help him save his daughter. I can't say that I have really enjoyed a game this much in a long time. It was well worth the price as CE, the game took me over 6 hours on casual, plus another 3 for the bonus game and secret room. Like I said I don't rush. But it was well worth the money and such as sweet story that I did not expect. Don't be fooled by the apocalyptic nature of the story as its not graphic. Wonderful game, tons of fun, worth the money for the CE! Hands down 5 starts and would recommend it for anyone who like these games. Good job from Elephant Games. They are one of my favorite developers, too bad they ended the story fully, I would have loved a sequel to this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game The story flows well and the CE has a nice long Bonus game. There are lots of good puzzles, although some were a bit long so I skipped. ;-) The game has H0 scenes but is not overburdened them and the ones there are, are fair: no objects so completely hidden you can't even see them with Hint. Highly recommended for lovers of Puzzle/Adventure games.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this game has it all! Incredible. LOVE this game! This game really has it all! Great storyline, dragons, ghosts, kings.... anything you can think of. The most gorgeous graphics, seldom seen such beautiful scenes. The cutscenes are wonderful with really cool effects. VOS are perfect, sound and music fit the story very well. The opening scenes are engrossing, you immediately want to help the girl's family. And there is your very cute sidekick, the bat. Really nice. And everything else you can think of! Collectibles, achievements, a secret room that only opens after you buy the game. Of course an SG and all the other CE extra's. This game is really really great, it is almost too perfect! But it was an immediate buy for me, need to know how this game ends! I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do. Give it a try and have loads of fun!
