Awakening: The Goblin Kingdom is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 133.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Goblin King Is Dead? This is the third game in the Awakening series and the first time to have an available Collectors Edition which has extra features such as Concept Art, Wallpapers, Cut Scenes, Soundtracks and the CE most notorious feature, Strategy Guide, but you have to access this feature through the menu button. I personally think this version is the better buy. Sophia awoke from a 100 year slumber in The Dreamless Castle, she traveled to Moonfell Wood trying to find her people because mankind is nowhere to be found. It is there that she meets a witch who explains that only the Goblin King has the answers she seeks, so here we are in Goblin Kingdom! Our Pocket Dragon is still with us lighting fires and melting ice and getting his belly full of mossflowers, sooner or later we are going to have to give him a name! Mira the fairy has been replaced by Randolf, A.K.A Ran, who is perched upon our shoulder to help us find items or tell us which way to travel next. There still aren't any voiceovers, so you will have to do a lot of dialog reading. As with all of the Awakening games there aren't too many hidden object scenes but there are a ton of puzzles and mini games including Tangram which are different triangular shapes that you need to rotate and place into different larger shapes. There are puzzles which require you to fit several different shaped pieces together, Match 3 games, Spot the Difference and many more fun mini games to enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awakening: Goblin Kingdom This is the second one in the series that I have played. I enjoyed the Moonfell Wood a lot and came back around to play this one after a couple of years. It is a very pleasant to play a game with no demons (A special 2 thumbs up for that!) which is a nice change for this sort of genre. The game scooted along quickly, going from one task to another at a pleasant pace. There is no map for those of you who like to scoot back and forth quickly. I personally don't find that troublesome in this game at all. You have to use your brain, not everything is spoon-fed to you like I have seen in other games I have played. I didn't find it quite as enjoyable as the Moonfell as it repeated several of the mini games, to me, ad nauseam. I enjoyed the mini games, I just don't like them so much that I want to do a LOT of them. If you liked the type offered, you will certainly like this game! The graphics are nice, crisp and clean like they were in Moonfell. The music is good, with another lilt that you have to watch out for. It can put you in a trance before you know it! Hehe A job well done! Very entertaining and certainly worth the money spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better! I had attempted to play Awakening: Moonfell Wood but found it too childish. This was a huge improvement! Each task had specific items to collect, not your usual find a random hammer for this, or bas-relief for that. There's plenty to keep you busy and interested. It's obvious that the develops put a lot of effort into every little detail. There's some humor in the game from your owl friend and some of the Goblin residents. Puzzles are interesting and challenging, there are a lot of code-breaker type games which I loved. The only ones I disliked were the tangrams so I skipped those. The HO scenes are hit and miss, in the beginning they are very jumbled and poorly drawn, but they seemed to get better as the game progressed. There are no repeats on the HO scenes, and almost no backtracking throughout the game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Journey Delightful game. Challenging when you want one or easy to use the hints.... either way it delivers endless enjoyment. The puzzles are fun and meaningful. The artwork is perfect for the enchanted, goblin, fairy setting. The story and dialogue kept me intersted. We really need to acknowledge quality work and support the developers. This IS their job and livelihood. And most are quite good at it. They provide us endless entertainment and release. I've thoroughly enjoyed the Awakening series. I appreciate their creativity, thoughtful design, and the consistent quality of their work. I raise a glass/bottle to ALL fairy lovers, haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't stop playing! This game was great! It had all the search and find, puzzles, and adventure that I look for in a game plus it had a refreshing storyline that I haven't seen before. Awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hm hm Really liked it, fantasy is always a good choice when making an hidden object game. Also this series is one of the most intelligent art I've ever seen. The landscapes are just too realistic it's shame we don't have such things in real life much. Goblins .. Well, cuter than in The Lord of the Rings. Love the way you have to "wake" the pixie. (: And also the dragon is cute and how it becomes your little pocket friend. The music is amazing too. Amazes me every time. Storyline is brilliant, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome hidden object game I absolutely loved every minute of playing this. It was a great challenge even on casual mode! I recommend this one! :) The normal mode is a lot harder and some things are just impossible to find. Overall it was great i will play this one over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mixture Hidden Object and Adventure Game I played this game as a trial, then purchased it because it was a very entertaining game. There were times I felt a little lost but the hints were great, and the graphics were enchanting. It reminds you of an old time fairy tale that you can get lost in the story line. I would recomend this game if you love fairy tales, great graphics, great storylines, and just an all around fun game. It was a good balance between hidden objects and puzzles with help and skips avialble if needed.
