Another wonderful Shaolin game!
Whether this game is the continuation of the first Shaolin Mystery series, I don't know, but I still find this game so great. There is no voice over this time, which feels a bit weird, but the graphic, the scenes, are very Chinese and orient, which I like very much. I have been to the Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an and Shaolin Temple so this game is like a nostalgic memory to me (although this game depicts the warriors bad), Love all the scenes, HOG items and puzzles. They are all great. Can;t wait if there's another game in the series. Will definitely buy them in an instant!

Sorry I waited so long to buy this game!!
This game has been out for quite some time and I am sorry I waited so long to purchase it. It was fun and full of games and you had to think about what to do next. I like games that are interesting and make me think and don't lead me around so much. It is very well drawn and the storyline is interesting. It keeps you busy and interested in the game. The help button does exactly that - it helps you with the next step. I think this game is for all players at any level. Hope you like it as much as I do. I will replay this game many times.

I have shaolin mystery:the jade dragon and i bought this one also and i couldn't quit playing it. The further i got into the game the better it got. I don't know why chinese music allways intrigues me.So with that in mind i give this one a thumbs up. Try it you'll like it..Graphics are great,Sounds are great and story is great.GUNGHO

A real mixed bag
This game had a little of just about everything. Very good graphics, interesting story line, a map, testy HOS but not extremely difficult, and enough variety as to not get bored doing the same thing all the time. It's a pleasant change from the same o, same o ghost, goblins, mental hospitals and curses. So personally, I enjoyed it.

Another CE quality SE game!
This game is superb! With beautiful and crisp graphics, interesting scenes and unique plot (at least there's not a thing about haunted house). HOG scenes are also quite easy and puzzles are very creative (some might be a little over challenging though)

not too easy not too hard
I really enjoyed this game. The mini-games were challenging enough but not crazy hard. I loved the storyline. I have the first shaolin game and this sequel to it was pretty good; so much so that I can't wait for the third one. My only gripe is that there was no voice dialog like the first game, and the music was annoying to the point that I turned it off. The game promises a "to be continued" so I really hope they bring back the voice dialog.

Good Hidden Object game
Very nice game, in every way. The hero must seek a way to free his Chinese village's dragon, which will save his people from the terracotta warriors. Very attractive graphics; easy to medium difficulty puzzles. Especially good for those who like a lot of hidden object searches.

Awesome CE quality game at an SE price!
Love this game!!! This is a must buy.
* Fills widescreen automatically.
* Graphics are beautiful, story is fascinating, game play is intuitive.
* No misclick penalty! (In fact you are actually rewarded for exploratory clicks... but I won't tell you how and spoil the surprise... just be sure to click on things and see.)
* H0 scenes are the type that you can click and find them without using the list if you want to... at least for most of the items... which I love.
* Outside of the traditional H0 scenes are the "fill the circle" type which you find the item but you don't have to fit it in the exact circle just click over the center and it fills it in for you... also nice.
* Hints work outside H0 scenes.
* There are also puzzle/mini-games which are perfect... not too hard, not too easy. I didn't need to skip any although I did look at the directions (optional) as I wasn't sure what to do and it took me a bit to figure out what they meant.
The opening cut scene is not skippable when you reopen the game but mine said "loading" in flashing text in the bottom right corner so I think this is the way they load everything when you start in order to avoid the long loading screens between areas that some games have that are so annoying. Some won't like that you can't choose easy/hard so you are stuck with sparkles but they aren't everywhere and aren't too obtrusive.
The only thing I'd wish for is that this game had voice-overs... add that and you pretty much have a CE quality game for an SE price. I hope it doesn't get missed in the CE sale feeding frenzy as it really is a wonderful game!
As an SE I give it 5 stars! (I can't really knock stars for it not being a CE which is the only drawback.)
