Weird Park: Scary Tales is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 145.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I WISH ALL GAMES WERE LIKE THIS REVIEW OF COMPLETED GAME This game is spectacular and has everything you could wish for. Its a long game with plenty to do in each scene. There is: * Casual and Expert modes of play; * Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Diary. The graphics are very good - its a colourful game with plenty to look at in each scene. Items are clear to find and the scenery is gorgeous. Sound is good and the music is orchestral (which sounds identical to the Ravenhearst music). The hidden object games are ever so slightly interactive straightforward which you will do twice. Items are clear to see and grab. Each HOP will only take a few minutes. There are a huge amount of mini-games to play - ranging from easy to quite hard. I've seen them all before but I loved doing them again. Some of them you think are going to be easy turns out to be harder than you think. However, they are all fun to play. There is no interactive map in this game but it doesn't matter because you are only going to a few scenes at a time before you move on, so you won't get lost. All up, the game took me a good 9 hours to do - playing all the HOPs and mini-games without skipping or hinting, so really good value for your buck. If you do get stuck, you can look in the walkthrough on-line. Overall, a fab game. Oh, how I wish all games were like this - great graphics, story-line and that sense of urgency to help the children. Well done devs. So if you have a few PCCs available, then go and get this series. You will wonder why it took so long to find these treasures. Happy playing fishies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I counted 33 Hidden Objects Puzzles You have to Love hidden objects or you won't like this game. It's a very long, Fun game for Hidden Objects fans. There are puzzles and I had to wait a long time to skip most of them. The puzzles I like where whack a evil Santa, Find 4 pictures of related items, matching and guide a spider through a maze. There are 12 Chapters. It's old. I think Dec. 2012. So normal in 2012 is No Map, Wait for Hints and Skips. Lots of back and forth. I have a good scents of direction so I didn't have a problem. I have Windows 10 and I had No tech problems at all. Don't you wish you could say that about all games? This one was different from the first one. Your in places and you don't know why. But it surprises and delights even if it seem disjointed. You wait forever it seems, to get to the storybook places, then your in a different place. You see a Christmas tree, then desert. It worked for me and I got my money's worth since it's a long game and I had fun. Bought 2 new games and still wanted to play this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Creepy Music, Amazing Locations There are so many wonderful games out there, but too often they don't get the music right. I would have bought this game just for the music, mysterious, creepy, setting a perfect atmosphere. The art is pretty good, but there are couple of exceptional locations that really amazed me - sorry, no spoiler here. And there are a couple of little films that you watch that are downright artsy. Weird Park games excel at the creepy, and I only wish they made more. Some of the puzzles are intermediate, but you can always wait a couple of minutes to skip. Enjoy!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Surprise! Still Kills A Lot of Newer Games I played (and purchased),the original Weird Park, (Broken Tunes), game when I began playing HO several years ago and for some reason, did not notice that this sequel and another had come out. As a newbie, I loved the first one but thought that after purchasing and playing over 200 HO Games and Demos since that time, this game would seem old and tired. Graphics have come a long way and it only takes a few years to provide developers with giant leaps in visual effects. However, this game does not rely on the standard collection of "lock and key" methods and predictable puzzles which seem to dominate newer games which depend more on visual atmosphere and surprises to impress you. This title retains a firm grip on hiding clues, more complex puzzle solutions and challenging tasks while still providing a creative atmosphere for your adventure, despite perhaps lacking visual effects often overused in other titles. For me a HO game is successful for it's ability to challenge my mind, as "cinematic bursts" are quickly forgotten. In fact, I skip many of them. After trying an unknown number of newer HO games, this one forced me to use the "Hint" button several times, something I rarely do and still UAdespise. I purchased this game and I have now downloaded the demo of the third installment. I am hoping for another pleasant surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly Addictive!! What a great game. Excellent gameplay. Wonderful graphics and voiceovers. Very challenging. Those fairytales and kids made it beautiful. Tons of fun. And those transitions from one world to another were just amazing. I couldn't stop playing. I was clapping with all my heart and exclaiming in joy when I finished the game. I can't recommend this game enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME GAME! With the release of Final Show, I decided to get the whole series. I'm glad I did because the games have been great fun! Scary Tales was perfect for me. The characters and story were creepy and yet still had silly humor. While there were many HOS, they were easy enough to breeze right through. The artwork was fantabulous! And finally, and most importantly to me, the puzzles were a little challenging. They just don't make games like this anymore, which is a little sad. But I'm off to play Final Show, and I'm hoping its a great game too!

Awesome sequel and great storyline :D Save kidnapped children who have been turned into fairytale dolls and set them free! Defeat the clown and joker. Investigate and find secrets and HO! Love it!
