Eligibility. Void where prohibited by law. The Toy Story Drop! Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older (each, an “Entrant”). The Sweepstakes are not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of Big Fish, Big Fish’s corporate affiliates, Big Fish’s advertising/promotion agencies or Disney Consumer Products, Inc. (“DCP”) and its parent and affiliate companies (collectively, the “Disney Entities”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, follow the directions provided in the Facebook post promoting the Sweepstakes (the “Promotion Post”). The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times referenced in the Promotion Post (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Entries must be submitted in English. Limit one (1) entry per person, per eligible Sweepstakes Post.
Entrant’s proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Big Fish. Big Fish is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void.
Entrants and their entries must comply with Facebook’s terms of service, community guidelines and rules. Terms and Policies All entries that do not comply with Facebook’s terms and guidelines will be disqualified.
Prizes. The prizes are described in the Sweepstakes Post. The prizes are of varying retail values, all less than US $10. Each winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not specifically mentioned related to the prize awarded, including but not limited to taxes. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Prize Drawing. The Prized will be awarded at a random drawing after the Sweepstakes Period. All Winner(s) will be notified by January 7, 2020. Winner(s) will be notified by Facebook comment and/or direct message by the Toy Story Drop page. If the potential winner(s) cannot be contacted within two (2) business days after the selection date, does not otherwise promptly respond to Big Fish’s communications, does not sign and return any required documentation within the time periods that Big Fish specifies, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, then the potential winner(s) will forfeit the prize, his or her entries will be declared void and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Fulfillment. All prizes will be shipped to the winner(s) on or before Friday, January 24, 2020.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Additional Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Fish reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these rules or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Big Fish’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Big Fish is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission related to this Sweepstakes, nor is it responsible for any technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or for the inaccurate transmission or failure to receive any attempted game or prize redemption on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site. Big Fish is not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant’s computer or mobile device, or any other computer or mobile device, resulting from downloading any materials in connection with this Sweepstakes. Big Fish reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of this Sweepstakes or associated website; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated entries by using multiple and/or different identities, multiple and/or different Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter accounts, or any other methods, will void all such attempts to participate in this Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods while participating in this Sweepstakes will void all such attempts to participate in this Sweepstakes. Only the Prize stated herein will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a winner and more Prizes are claimed than the number of Prizes being awarded as provided herein, Big Fish reserves the right to award the Prizes by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.
Miscellaneous. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. This Sweepstakes and all accompanying materials are protected by copyright. All rights reserved. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of Prize is permitted, except by Big Fish due to Prize availability, and then only with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that Big Fish and its corporate affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents will have no liability, and will be released and held harmless by such winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Big Fish. Entrants agree that the decisions of Big Fish related to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. By participating in this Sweepstakes, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Winner’s List. For the name of the winner, send an e-mail request to sweepstakes@bigfishgames.com within sixty (60) days after the closing of the Sweepstakes Period.
Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used as described in these rules or in Big Fish’s Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required or permitted by law, and will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy for Big Fish Games (http://www.bigfishgames.com/company/privacy.html).
