Something strange is afoot in London. A strange drug that causes people to become aggressive and violent is spreading throughout the city. It seems to have connections to a mysterious group of worshippers who shun anyone who disagrees with them. Soon, the drug is traced back to a supposed Russian healer and mystic - Grigori Rasputin himself!
