Customer Reviews
Rainforest Solitaire 2 is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from All Night Caribbean Party I addictively played this game all night. It had plenty of variety and challenge to keep me entertained. I love the steel drum music and the sound effects. The characters were cute. There is somewhat of a silly story, but I didn't consider it to be an important part of the game. The only thing the story accomplished was to give goals to push towards the level where you meet up with the next character. As far as the three star accomplishments go, it was very difficult to achieve in the beginning levels, but got easier as the levels got more complicated. Go figure. After several tries at the beginning levels, I figured out that you get more points for each match that you make in a row without having to turn over a card from the deck. Sometimes the three stars are practically impossible to get without using power-ups, but that did not deter me from having a great time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it was fun I normally don't care for matching style solitaire games but this one was fun. The story line is cute. Some levels I had to play two or three times but I like a bit of a challenge. I liked that there were different goals for levels. I saw pretty quick that the only way to get three stars was to make multiple matches in a row. I choose to play untimed since I like to relax when I pay. Overall try it for yourself. It's pretty good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Game! - Give it time! I bought this game without trying it out. The first several levels were OK but I thought I probably would not like it. The dialogue is really weird - like the Klingons were trying to translate it. However as I moved further into the levels, the game got hard. I played it all morning and am enjoying it. I like the match two solitaire since most of the other ones I own are the up and down. The characters are cute also. The power-ups are needed in the higher levels. Impossible to get through them without the power ups. Between the frozen cards and key cards and gold cards you really need them. I gather all the coins I can to keep going. I really didn't get the stars portion of each level but I prefer the solitaire and am not worried about it. I like the hidden objects also. The artwork on this game is wonderful!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More of a game for children This is a simple match 2 game, clearly translated to English from another language. I enjoyed it enough to play the demo hoping it would get more challenging but that was not the case.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2 STARS FOR EXPERT PLAYER; WHAT???? I enjoy playing Solitaire games. I even have the Rainforest Solitaire 1. I was looking forward to the second one because of the sounds and colorful graphics. So, I went to try it out and found it slow and not correct. On the expert setting, I finished the level quickly and only received 2 stars. What the heck is going on here? I went back in and tried it again to see if I was missing something and nothing was missing. Bam! 2 STARS for the round again. There are no additional information/rules pertaining to how this game works. Unfortunately, I will have to pass on paying for this game. Maybe, if the bugs were fixed it might be a yes down the road.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Me looking silly Dumb game, scoring is stupid, you clear the board, met all requirements and score over 9 thousand points and get one star out of possable 3., Do not buy this game it is waste of money or credits.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MATCH 2 CARDS SOLITAIRE WITH A HORRIBLE SCORING FEATURE I played the entire demo of this "Match 2 Cards" Solitaire game and have yet to figure out how the score is tallied. I would remove all cards on one level w/o using bonuses +meet the level goals and only earn 1 or 2 stars, the next level I'd meet the level goals but fail to remove all the cards and earn 3 stars? On level 8 I believe the level goal was to simply remove 4 cards or something similar. I removed 4 cards before having to flip over the first set of deck cards, and to my surprise, all of the cards vanished, the score window popped up and said "Victory" but I didn't receive any stars. I thought I'd missed something or done something wrong so I replayed the level and got the same results?? I've never been impressed by a matching card solitaire game because it's basically a Mahjong game, but at least this one allows you to collect all the cards unless there are other goals that conflict with this process as I stated above. You can play in a Relaxed Mode that gives you double the number or deck cards, or Expert Mode which gives you the standard number of deck cards. Bonuses are located on the right side for limited use, such as Jokers, Undo's, Shuffles, Delete 1 Card, Delete up to 25 Cards, or Change the Card's Suit. Bonus Cards can also be earned on the board as well, as a reward for completing tasks. Arrows can destroy 5 Vertical or 5 Horizontal Lines, and Mini-Bombs will destroy a group of 5 cards. I'm not a fan of bonus cards on the board, especially when you are forced to use them because I want to beat levels using skill and patience otherwise the game plays itself. There are the usual Obstacle Cards, Frozen cards requiring two plays, Lock & Key Cards, etc. Level Goals are different for each level such as completing within a specified time, Removing only Gold Cards, Removing cards of a specific suit, Uncovering Artifacts, or removing a specified number of cards without using deck cards. If you like Goal specific Match 2 Cards Solitaire and don't mind not being able to remove all cards at times you will probably enjoy this game. This is my personal least favorite type of solitaire game and it drives me nutz when I can't remove all of the cards. The Star scoring is unpredictable and erratic, so, unfortunately, it's a big NO and a pass for me :( RAINFOREST SOLITAIRE SERIES LIST Title***Release Date***Average Rating   1-Rainforest Solitaire 1 (November 29-2017) 4.1  2-Rainforest Solitaire 2 (May 22-2019) n/a by: Elain Games

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard Pass on this BORING matching game. I don't know how they can call this a solitaire game other than it uses cards. It's more matching/majong but without the challenge. It's sooooooooo boring. The music is inane and the only way to earn three stars is to not touch your deck and just buy wildcards with coins which is incredibly stupid. There are two modes... expert and relaxed... however even relaxed is possible to lose as the only difference is that you get double the deck of cards to start. I played expert and it was so far from expert that the light from expert would take a million years to reach us. Bright cartoonish colors so might appeal to little kids so I gave that an "ok" rating... otherwise this thing is awful all around. I hated it. But you never know... maybe this is your cup of tea... just go in knowing that if you care about stars you can not also care about saving coin and you MUST buy the cheats in order to win three stars which is super counterintuitive.
