Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ended Too Soon Great game but it could have been longer. I seriously didn't want it to end. I almost took off a star because of the short length but decided it was such a fun game that I couldn't do that. Voiceovers are some of the best. You'll like this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoyable and Challenging Lots of different type game challenges. Some tougher than others. Graphics are excellent, clear, bright backgrounds for easier seeking. Love all the Maze games. They're such fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Be careful of your choices I started the game for the first free hour and of course, just I was about to discover more about some sort of experiment, the demo ended. Not for me! I immediately bought the game and settled down to play! You will find yourself wondering if you are an experiment or are you fighting against one? Do you trust who you meet or do you run? What choices are you going to make and are they the right ones? Don't forget to keep an eye on your sanity level which will be displayed above you! You don't want to lose it, do you? You will find yourself going through continuous obstacles, trying to not only find your way out but to find out just what will be the end. Watch out for the demons! You never know when they might "pop" out! The only downfall for me was that with some of the HOS' I found myself hurting my eyes trying to find some of the items and in some of the scenes, I used the hint quite often! You almost need to magnify the scene in order to see what's there. (I needed help for both pencils). I am a casual player. I don't play these games to stress out but to cruise along at my own pace enjoying myself. I'm sure it would be more exciting to the more experienced player. All in all, great game!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Maze Saga Continues! While this game was not my favorite of the series, it's still a good game and definitely worth playing! The basic premise is that you've been kidnapped, poisoned and you must get yourself and a fellow hostage away from a mad man. The game was decent in length and there were plenty of fun mini-games along the way. I found the hidden object scenes a bit annoying, but at least you can customize the settings & quickly skip them. Look forward to a cool surprise ending!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CREEPY The hidden objects and mini-puzzles are mostly standard. The creepy part is when you have to pick one of two options, for example which door to go through; however, then you get to pick the correct one so really no penalty. I have played one other Maze game which I thought was much better, and this one to me seemed short.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another great Maze game! I enjoyed this game very much. It was a tad on the short side or so it felt to me but I really enjoyed it. There were plenty of hidden object scenes and mini-games that for the most part I really did enjoy but it's also where they lost a star from my game score. Some of the mini-games did not work as they should have I clicked on everything and nothing would move, and some of the hidden objects were far too hidden to see without using the hints but other then that I really liked most of them and I even completed many of the mini-games without skipping a major feat for me! After Maze broken Tower this rates as my 2nd favorite in the series. I highly recommend this game.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Game! This is posted after playing the entire game. I have to admit I was a bit leery about getting this game after playing the demo, but I am so glad I did. It was one of the better games to come out of Mad Heads since Adam Wolfe. Whole bunch of fun. The graphics are very well done. Voice overs were pretty good. Lip-sync was off some, but all in all it was okay. Effects went along with the action in the scene and were very well done. The only problem I had was with the music It was so irritating I almost turned it off. The game is very challenging. From most of the mini games to the great hidden object games. Many of the minis were extremely time consuming and well past my patience level. Some I just didn't understand what to do. The hidden objects were the most challenging I have ever played. They are extremely varied from a list to more involved ones. I spent a lot of time trying to find the objects. If you like difficult mini games and challenging hidden objects this game is for you. There was one scene that listed a Toy Bear. I clicked and clicked on a stuffed bear and nothing. I ended up having to use a hint and if the item it identified is a bear, I'm an ostrich. I don't know if it was a glitch or just trying to drive me nuts. If so they succeeded. I really enjoyed the story much more after the demo than I did during. Others will go into detail what the story is about, just let me say if caught me, reeled me in and I was really involved with it. That's it. Great game and one I've been waiting for. Even if it is kind of a ghost story it had enough other elements that it negated my dislike of the genre. Give the demo a shot and see if this game isn't for you. Just remember it gets better after the demo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A-MAZE-ING JOB OF BRAIN STEALING Jane Patrick is just an ordinary Math teacher who just put in a full and exhausting day at work. It's late, it's raining and visibility is poor so her senses are on high alert. Jane was prepared for just about anything, but what happens next. In the blink of an eye, Jane finds herself the victim of a maniacal and twisted experiment, when she awakens as a patient at the long-abandoned Mountain View Asylum. Run all you'd like Jane, but you'll never truly escape this Maze of Stolen Minds! Finally! A decent game with no Gadgets Involved! You will, however, get to make "Choices" during your Maze experiences, such as Fight or Flight, if you make the wrong choice you'll have to play the scene again making the opposite choice. There is also a "Sanity Meter" at the top of the screen, which is simply an attempt to give the game a sense of urgency. The graphics at times seemed cartoonish, and there are a ton of logic fails that for me personally, somewhat took away from the realism, because some of them were just hilarious. Does a round pole fit inside a square opening? Why yes it does! Is there such a thing as vermin spray? Why yes there is! This place looks abandoned do you not see the man on the mower I'm speaking with? Apparently not! The Hidden Object Scenes are not scarce, but in comparison to the massive number of mini-games, they do fall a bit short. They are typical HOP's for MHG, with the majority being Silhouetted Shape finds, but most are multi-layered with at least 2 different styles. There is Listed Item finds and Multiple Item finds, and several smaller Zoom-Zone HOP's to find 5-6 Silhouetted Shaped objects. One of my favorite HOP's was finding 12 "Monsters" in a dark scene with just a beam of light, I have to give kudos to these guys for making me jump several times during the game! In the Collector's Edition version, each HOP has a Morphing Object to find, some of which were not so easy to spot. If you forget to look for the Morph, you can go into the CE extra re-playable HOP's to pick them up. The Mini-games are decent, but this game is an extremely puzzle heavy game, so if you aren't into mini-game puzzles, you probably won't like this game. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo: 1-Turn all of the red lights green by turning the valves, 1 can affect others. 2-Click rapidly until the meter bar fills up. 3-Click when the small circle is inside the larger circle to abolish the ghosts. 4-Rotate the plates to allow the bar to slide, 1 can affect others. 5-Rotate discs to move tokens to their matching colored slots. 6-Click the hand rapidly to fill the meter. 7-Drag 4 rings to complete the image. 8-Use directional arrows to guide the raft and avoid obstacles. 9-Place torn map fragments into the correct highlighted spaces. 10-Swap the trophies until all lights turn green. 11-Select and drag wires the correct number of connections per node. 12-Place the knobs in their correct spaces based on color and shape. 13-Move the plates into their matching colored discs. 14-Click when the small circle is inside the large circle to abolish ghosts. The Collector's Edition version has 12 Wallpapers, 3 Concept Art pictures, 8 Character Gallery Pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks, 20 re-playable Hidden Object Scenes & # 20 is the best, so play that one first! a Bonus Token Game and an Ultimate HOP (can collect HOP Morphs you missed) 10 Achievements to earn, 9 Wrong Choices option (shows you stats), 28 Scene Morphing Objects, 19 Hidden Object Morphs, 28 Hidden Brains, a Journal with Objectives, Clues and Time Played, 4 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter and a built-in Strategy Guide, enjoy! Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Played the demo and was intrigued enough to buy it. My rating is based on not being able to play the Bonus game before finding all the morphing objects. I usually get so wrapped up in the essence of the story and solving the puzzles that I forget about collecting morphs or collectibles. This is the first time I've encountered a game for which finding those things is mandatory to getting to the bonus game. I'm not one to replay games, but since I purchased the CE, guess I'll have to...
