Chase for Adventure 4: The Mysterious Bracelet Collector's Edition is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Game --- One Flaw I've played all the other "Chase for Adventure" games and enjoyed every one of them...This one is top drawer with just enough challenge to keep me on my toes through every level... The scoring isn't that great since I play in relax mode... Other than that it's an enjoyable game!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For me I enjoyed it This may be a good or not so good thing but I have never played any of the others so had nothing to compare which allows me to give an opinion without recalling back to the others. I do agree it is a bit more relaxed than some TM's but I was fine with that. I always play a game through first in relaxed and then straight in to the hardest level. This way I know my way around and enjoy it more but thats just me.I have nearly finished the normal levels and have found the later levels to be more of a challenge and a couple of times needed the guide for help. What I really liked was that there was something different to do in each level and not the same old thing level after level. With 50% off today I bought this game and glad I did. Always demo games before you buy and also check the reviews bearing in mind that people have different likes and what is great for some it is not for others. For this reason and this is my opinion only when reviews are written It is fine that someone loves a game and gives it 5 stars but please tell us why you give it 5 stars.. It is interesting to know why you love a game so much as the majority do. Same the other way it is fine to give 1 star but I would love to know your reasoning. I am not in any way having a moan but really really would love to know why it is worth those stars. After all these are reviews. Have a great day all

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun - But Not Much Challenge More thoughtful than most games of this genre. Not every round is the same, which makes for more of an adventure. Great game for those without a lot of skill, but if you're looking for a real test of your expertise, this is not the game for you. If you're like me, someone who likes relaxed and fun, it's perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So sad - too easy I say this with all due respect, but, what a shame. I love this series.... but it's too simplistic; I believe someone else wrote that as well. Developers - make it more challenging next time, please.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as usual. Annoying changes I have always liked this series. And this game is like the others, fairly light hearted, interesting story line and smooth mechanics. There are 45 levels and it seems 10 extra as bonus. I did however find this one way oversimplistic compared to the others I have enjoyed. I was finishing in 'normal' with half time bars, and even in expert there was a lot of time. My main gripe of this one is that when you click on an item to see what it is about you put it in a queue that I couldn't seem to get rid of and so you cant change your mind. Sometimes I had four or five tasks numbered just from exploring things, and first up was first served. There were a few little novel bits like a maze, and a few new tasks like rafts to make and items requiring three parts etc, but really I found it getting a bit mundane. The CE itself has all the bells and whistles including collectables, 2 on each level, a statuette and a tortoise you must grab at the right time because it 'sort of' morphs lol. There is a decent strategy guide (that you probably wont need) Admittedly I am only 25 levels in..but by now it should be more interesting (no matter how much the voice tells you it is) There is a relax mode, and there are new features, but to me this time it just misses the mark somehow. Try the demo always. I will play the game out, and it will be OK, but that's all it is IMHO. I am not hitting the 'recommend' section because I cant go the other way either. Its not a 'dislike' just not exciting enough. Cheers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many changes from the rest of this series. I noticed that most of the reviews for this game say it's to easy. I have to disagree. They upped the difficulty factor in this one by at least 50%. Now, instead of having to always build your resources, you have to figure out how much of one item you need to have to get another item. I can't tell you how many times I had to restart a level because I messed it up. Not enough gold to buy fuel to buy food. ARGH! I play these to relax. This is NOT relaxing... even in relaxed mode! As always, the storyline is interesting and makes me want to complete the game. I also like having to find the turtles and statues on each level. This is not nearly as much fun (at least for me) than the other editions of this series. Too much for my old brain to deal with. I will give my recommendation because I know there are people who like a challenging TM game. I just hope they go back to the old "build your resource mode" the next time around.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Boring Game I enjoyed the previous Chase for Adventure but, #4 was boring and an exercise in patience. A endless cycle of getting food, using food for gold using gold for energy. How can one get enough of any supply to move on. Graphics nice and overall storyline was good. The repetitive gathering then depleting of resources was too much for me. Too much energy and not enough enjoyment in moving forward in the game. Each chapter was the same as the one before it.
