Customer Reviews
Roads of Time: Odyssey is rated 1.8 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoying This Game - Different than most Time Management I took the advice of other players and tried the demo before I purchased the game. It was on sale so that was a plus. I liked the oddity of the game. I didn't purchase the first one as I could not get into the gameplay. Roads of Time Odyssey was just quirky enough for me to purchase. I was looking for a time management game that I could play without much thought to finding hidden objects. I am playing in easy mode and just taking my time to enjoying the scenes and characters. Not much depth but that is ok for me on this one. Give it a try and if the hard mode is too frustrating, relax and enjoy the levels in easy mode.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun and challenging It is a fun and challenging game. I took one star off because on some levels there is no choice but to start over to move throughout the level and I really HATE when games do that. Otherwise it is fun and addicting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from CE or not CE, That Is The Question ? Answer, Neither The last couple of games from this Dev have seen an improvement and I was hoping we would have here but however good this game could be is totally ruined by this dreadful siren. Yes you can turn the sound effects off but then it's daft not having any sound effects at all. The music is not bad . In the last game many complained about this awful siren noise which activates as soon as a robot is dispatched. So did they listen ? No they did not. In my previous post I said there was just one mode that was before I knew what High complexity meant. So there are 2 mode levels not that it aids the game in any way. I quite liked that you could move the time capsule to different areas but even that got a bit boring when you had to keep moving it backwards and forwards.. I like to have sound effects and I know some will like to play with them off but not for me. One hour of that racket and I am reaching for the painkillers. As always try the demo but I found it very samey and boring and I am not prepared to buy this to venture a bit further. Just when you thought they were listening.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Boring! This is one of the most boring and repetitive games I have ever played. The sound is really annoying. The scenery is very minimal and lacking anything interesting. I don't think this could hold a child's interest for the whole demo.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A WASTE OF DOWNLOAD TIME! This is not a game, it's an annoying waste of time. The worst part for me was that incredibly irritating woooOOOPPP every single time anything moved! Come on, developers, if you can't do better than this you need to give up and go home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from N.O.T. G.R.E.A.T I actually didn't mind the sci-fi sound FX, I actually found the levels challenging at times because you have to construct the right resource platforms at the right time in order to progress, otherwise, you are left with no option but to restart the level. You can play in a High-Intensity Mode or a Relaxed Mode...however, the High-Intensity Mode on most levels, in my opinion, is stingy with the time, on some levels it's nearly impossible to get all 3 stars, and I simply don't enjoy playing on Relaxed mode because I don't want to play a TM game without being timed...it defeats the purpose of a time management game! This could have been solved by offering 3 modes of difficulty, a simple fix, but they didn't bother so neither will I. The tasks can become monotonous and boring because they are basically the same tasks over and over, especially when you are tasked with using portals to go back and forth a billion times. The "feed me crystals" is a good concept but after collection approximately one billion crystals in each level, I'm just not all that enthusiastic about the crystals by the time I reach the end of the demo. The scenery couldn't be more boring to look at, I love sci-fi, I purchased the space-themed TM game and loved how the developers were able to use their imagination to create a space frontier, this developer has no imagination apparently, or didn't bother to use it, so neither will I. As for the CE version, if you expect me to pay twice as much for a Collector's Edition, and you expect me to look at boring scenery, at least throw in a morphing object or a colorful alien for me to collect in each scene to entice me to spend the extra money and give the CE a better rating so that others will see the value as well. Because they didn't, I didn't feel the need to continue my T.I.M.E journey with P.E.T & T.E.D Collector's Edition Extra's: 5 Music Soundtracks, 20 Achievements, 23 Concept Art Pictures, 50 Standard Levels, 10 CE Bonus Levels...No Collectibles ROADS OF TIME SERIES LIST Title***Standard Edition Release Date***Average Rating 1-Roads of Time (April 5-2020) 2.6 2-Roads of Time: Odyssey (October 18-2020) n/a by: GameOn Productions

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just plain Horrid The most boring TM game I have played. Pointless game even for a child to play, there is nothing to keep the gamer interested in working through the levels at all very repetitive and very time consuming. my 6 year old grandson got bored of this game with in seconds, and he loves helping his granny on TM games. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most boring game ever! Maybe if you were 8 years old and had never played a time management game you might find this game amusing. But if you are a seasoned time management game player, skip this game. Very simplistic graphics, annoying sounds. You almost have to just mute everything to get through it. I didn't even finish the demo.
