Tower of Wishes is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A gem of a M3 Very addictive. Each level is fun and different without being too complex or relying on restrictions of move or time for a challenge. This is the type of M3 I'm always looking and waiting for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a standard M3 game. this is a M3 game with 99 levels. no real power ups but there is a hint button that will help you if you are stuck. you are playing as a woman that has lost her memories and you have come to a tower that the legend can restore a wish but you have to climb to the top. i played on timeless but there are 2 more levels to choose from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tower of Wishes I enjoy playing the games through this developer because they are always different for me to play. I like a good challenge with games and this proved to be a challenge for me. I have played two other games that were similar Tower of Gods and Tower of Elements these two games also proved challenging. I hope there are more games to come like these other games

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as simple as it seems! I am very picky about the games I purchase and definitely will be purchasing this one! The graphics are a little "primitive" but that does not in any way detract from the game itself. I'm probably a moderate-expert in Match 3 and this one got me just in the One hour Demo! I only played the time limit and not any other type but I am impressed! The sub levels are relatively easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Terrific Follow up to Tower of God I thoroughly enjoyed Tower of God, so I was thrilled to see this follow up, Tower of Wishes. I won't go into lots of detail since that's already been done. My favorite part is getting the men to shoot their darts in order to keep the game moving. I also enjoy the mini-games that are sprinkled throughout the M3 segments. I am definitely hoping there will be a third game in this series. Of course it goes without saying that in a series the developer needs to kick things up a notch each time to keep it fun and interesting. I play games in the relaxed or untimed mode whenever available. I played the demo and knew well before the time was up that it would definitely be a purchase for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun M3 I enjoyed the first Tower game and didn't find anything to be disappointed about in this one. It's the kind of match 3 game that appeals to most every M3 fan and their current mood -- you can choose between endless mode (relaxing) or challenging, limited moves or timed (or neither in endless mode). It's a game you can leave and pick up again at any time you choose. The story isn't important to game play at all and isn't some wordy thing that annoys. I got to play two mini-games in the demo; one a decent enough hidden object scene, the other a spot the differences. I experienced no technical problems and game play was nice and smooth. I recommend you give this one a try if you like match-3 games.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LIKED TOWER OF GODS BUT I LOVE TOWER OF WISHES! Tower of Wishes is even better than its predecessor, Tower of Gods because it is a very challenging (but doable) game. This has everything I want in a Match 3 game, a difficulty mode option, an option to switch between Relaxed, Limited Time, or Limited Moves at any point in the game, decent obstacles, unusual features, replayability, and a decent amount of challenge. I also love the fact that this doesn't play like a Mobile App, large matches aren't readily available to give you a ton of Power-ups on the board to the point that the game plays itself. Expect to have to replay levels because you will run out of time or moves (unless playing in Endless mode); but this is what makes a Match 3 game a challenging, strategy-based game versus a mobile app kind of game that simply requires exploding bombs at a mindless pace! My favorite feature is where you had to make matches in front of the statue heads to trigger a dart that would first clear the blockage or trigger chain reaction explosions, and then continue to shoot darts with every adjacent match! I also liked the levels that had locked areas that required making a specified number of matches of specified tiles to open up the areas (each blocked tile has a # next to them and they don't unlock until you have met those requirements) There are several features that for me, made the game really fun to play, and I looked forward to each proceeding level because they were always unique. The goal is to climb all 100 levels of the Tower of Wishes which grants you a single wish, in this case, in hopes of regaining your memory) You can choose the graphics (fast or quality) and choose between a Casual or Expert difficulty mode (which I believe has more opportunities for larger matches in Casual) as well as the type of Match 3 style, a Limited Time, Limited Moves, or an Endless Mode, relaxed and timeless mode. There are 14 Achievements to earn and you can earn up to 3 Stars per level. I was super impressed that you can not only replay the current level but any previously played level at any time. The tiles are easy to see and differentiate between. It does allow you to make fast, consecutive matches which is a feature I insist on when playing a Match 3 game. They did remove the annoying feature that required you to wait for the computer to finish playing thru the power-ups at the end of each level, which is one of the reasons I bumped up my star rating from 4-stars on Tower of God, to 5-stars on Tower of Wishes! We all have the need for speed and I just want to get on with the next level and play the game for myself, not watch the computer play! The goal for every level is to release the Star Essences located within Treasure Chests at the bottom of the board. Getting to those chests, of course, is the difficult part because they are guarded by Stone Walls, Double Barrier Walls, Chained Tiles, Achilles Heel barriers that bounce tiles off 3 different sides (requires a match on the unprotected side), and hidden boards or nooks and crannies that require the statue heads to shoot an arrow to get to them. Large Matches reward you with Power-ups on the board that can be swapped to an adjacent cell, or double-clicked to detonate. A match 4 gives you Dynamite, a Match 5 gives you a Rainbow Gem that can be matched with any two identical tiles for a match, and a Match T or L shape rewards you with a large Bomb that has a huge explosion radius. You can also use the Bonus Power-ups at your discretion, such as a Hammer to remove a single tile, a shuffle bonus to shuffle the tiles on the board, or the Hint icon which points to a viable move. These bonuses need to recharge after each use. After a few Match 3 levels, you can play, or skip a Hidden Object Scene or a Mini-Game, such as Spot the Difference or Solitaire. Let's talk about games and much more on my new forum at thewoodsforum.boards.net

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Tower Of Fun, Too, And A Little Different The trial wasn't long enough for me to learn all the ins and outs of the game. I know special features are vital to the success of Match 3 games and this one seems to be on the right track. I'm a dunce when it comes to writing a review for Match 3s, so I will leave it to the pro of detailed descriptions and just mention a few things. I did enjoy the demo, it was mildly entertaining. The 3 game modes are Timeless, Timed and Limited Moves. I played the easiest for the sake of demo time, but Limited Moves is usually my preference when available. Tutorials pop up at intervals explaining function of a newly earned bonus. Above the game board are your score and number of tiles left to remove, which I found helpful. No indication up front of what earns the achievements, but I received 3 in the demo. The 3 types of mini-games are the usual fare. I played one HOG and it was very easy. The board layouts are different for each level and strategy becomes helpful. There are simple objects to overcome, useful tools for extra help, good power-ups. The tiles were nothing special, quite plain. I didn't care for the sound f/x, the music not too bad, but I liked having volume control. Your score and stars earned are revealed after each level along with any achievement. Make matches of 4 or more and earn an explosive bonus that destroys the block tiles. Along with the other power-ups the challenge of the game may be at risk. Not much to go on, I know, but at least a hint of what to expect. Although I enjoyed the demo, I am undecided about purchasing. The game can be challenging depending on choice of play mode and it moves along with no tech issues, graphics were excellent. But for me it was missing that extra pizzazz that holds my interest and keeps the fun flowing. Also, I like colorful boards with attractive tiles, these were not. Will definitely keep this game in mind for future coupon purchase. Compared to the poor Match 3 games we so often get, it is a shining star. The 100 levels and mini-games will make someone's day a little brighter and keep those Match 3 skills in good form. Fun for all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice to have a non clone M3 I have many of this developers games and find them all different and they make an effort to vary their games. However, one or 2 things stopped me from giving this 5 stars. I found the help pretty useless and if you skip the initial help that pops up, that's it you can not turn it back on again. You can click on the question mark but all that does is highlight an area that you need to aim for. I always start in relaxed mode and at first I thought you could only get 2 stars as all I was getting was 2 stars. It was only when I was well in to the game that I did earn 3 stars because I had exceeded a certain amount of points, well that is what I assume however yet again with no explanation in to the runnings of the game I am only guessing here. So it is possible to get 3 stars on relaxed but it is not going to be easy which sort of defeats the meaning of relaxed. Apart from that I am really enjoying this game.
