Rated 5 out of 5 by from YES! I am going to give this a 5 Bought the game on a freebie because I love playing good solitaire games to relax in between my HO's and TM's (my Favs) It does have uppers after quite a few levels, albeit, not easy ones. They let you shuffle, undo w/o paying, see a card, get rid of one and buy wild cards. It has a story (of minor importance to me) and buildings where you get Ho's and find the pairs ect.. The challenge is solid as I have had to replay many levels to get perfect MANY times. (I never move on w/o a perfect) Great solitaire game to relax. Not a low level solitaire. Think you'll like it.!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TOTALLY WORTHY OF A PURCHASE First of all, I have no idea why the pictures are showing cheesy Match 3 scenarios above, there may be Match 3 games available at some point, but this is definitely a Solitaire game and an excellent one at that! You can set the resolution so the game fills the whole screen (instead of the black bars on each side) and there are 3 Cursors and 3 Card Fonts and Designs to choose from as well as 18 Achievements to earn, most of which are available in 3 different Categories. One of my favorite Solitaire games from this dev, is the original Magic Cards Solitaire, a game I have played thousands of times over the years. Wildcards or Jokers first appear on Level 8, and you can also purchase Jokers and Number Specific Wildcards in the shop with the golddollars you earn. I will admit that there aren't any cards to buy that remove a pesky card or two or reveal face-down cards etc. but I haven't progressed farther than the demo either. One of the biggest reasons I love Magic Cards Solitaire and Wizard's Quest Solitaire is the fact that the piles of cards on the board are numerous. It's easy to remove all of the cards on the board when each pile only has 5-10 cards, but these piles seem infinite at times. Not only is it more challenging, but it gives you the opportunity to strategically make long combos, and by long, I mean that if done correctly, you can make combos of 20, 30 even 40 (yes it's possible on some levels, especially as you progress further) I'm the kind of person who plays a solitaire level over and over until I remove every single card, even if I've earned all 3 Stars, I'll still replay the level until every single card has been removed. I did have issues with the first few levels and occasionally thereafter when I clicked on the deck pile, more than 1 card would flip over. It wasn't even noticeable unless one of the cards was playable, because the playable card on the board would wiggle to indicate I missed a play. Sure enough, I'd click the Undo button and the card below was playable. This wouldn't be a problem if the Undo was free and limitless, but the Undo has to charge by removing cards, and it's not available when you first start the level. Here are a few of the features I love about this game: *The piles of cards to remove from the board are numerous. *Those piles sometimes give the appearance of a single card. *There are no "Special" cards to remove. *You can remove all cards because there are no special cards. *You can replay the levels as often as you want. *Clicking anywhere speeds up the process to the next level. *Large Combos are possible if you use strategy and/or Wildcards. *Mini-Games and HO's break up the monotony of Solitaire levels. *The card Fonts are easily identifiable and easy to see. *The graphics are colorful. *The Music is familiar but relaxing. *It's a relaxing game, it's a fun game to play, enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from D I loved graphics (important to me), the music was changing and dramatic at times, not boring to listen, but I loved the layout of cards, totally different from the norm, and some new challenges I have not come across...I played until there were two minutes left, never do that early morning. Found it really relaxing and fun, loved it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Liked most of the game I loved playing this "one higher or one lower" Solitaire game until I came to the point where many of the top cards are covered in something you needed to get rid of in order to uncover the other cards. To begin with, the cards and their images are already not very large. Therefore adding a whole lot of tangles in a horrible turquoise or purple colour, made it near impossible for me to see what cards I was looking at. The tangles are a very bad design. Those rosebushes or whatever they were weren't much better, because they too cover most of the cards so that you can barely see what card is underneath. A real shame, because this is a nicely done and quite challenging game (if you want to get a "Perfect"), and for that reason alone I recommend this game.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Try it for yourself This is a solitaire card game, not a match-3 game. I played the demo hour. I generally play a solitaire game like this when I have a headache, so I'm hypersensitive to too much contrast, and sound environment, and sparkly things - and for that, everything seemed a bit off. Otherwise, I like the colorful and whimsical graphics environment. The solitaire gameplay is pretty decent, with some of the usual power-ups. And there was a HO scene during the demo hour that was fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not the best Played entire 1 hr. demo and I was done. Storyline is geared more towards younger children. Graphics were ok, but the position of cards were annoying. Could not see how many cards were behind and others overlapped thinking you could not remove like other solitaire games. No hint button for HOP just skip.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Simple Game If you don't like challenges then this game is for you. The cards are small and the art work is, I believe, basically for children.
