General Tips
• This is the Official Guide for May's Mysteries: The Secret
of Dragonville. • Click on Play (A) to begin your adventure. •
The Options (B) button allows you to adjust the screen size
(fullscreen or windowed), sound volume and game mode (Casual
Mode or Normal Mode). • The Change Profile (C) button allows
you to create or change your current active profile.
• When the guide refers to actions such as 'examine', 'enter',
'go inside, 'open door' or 'go right' it means that you need
to left-click on the compass (D) to reveal the interactive
arrows (E), then click the arrows to interact. • The map (F)
shows your current location. • Unlocking hints or skipping
puzzles costs Hint Points. You can earn more Hint Points by
solving Bonus Puzzles from the Bonus Puzzles menu (G). • The
questbook (H) lists your active (unchecked) or solved
(checked) quests and serves as a journal for the tasks you
need to accomplish. • Items (I) are acquired and given
automatically as you solve puzzles, talk to characters and
progress through the story. • The guide will occasionally
mention optional storyline puzzles that are not explicitly
required to progress through the game and will refer to them
as (optional).

• Puzzle 016 solution: place the weights marked 1, 3 and 9 in
the bottom slots in any order (D). • You will receive the
SECOND PART OF LETTER "T". • Go up 2 times until you arrive at
the library. • Enter the library. • Talk to Melanie. • Go down
three times then go right twice to the City Hall and enter the
door. • Examine the painting on the right.
• Puzzle 010 solution: move, rotate and place the pieces (E),
(F), (G), (H), (I), (J) into their new positions. • Go up. •
Examine the right bookshelf.
• Puzzle 011, find all of the hidden objects. • Examine the
left bookshelf. • You will receive a MEMBERSHIP CARD. • Go
down 2 times; go left 2 times then up 3 times to get to the
Library and then talk to Melanie.
• Puzzle 018 solution: 412. • You will receive the THIRD PART
OF LETTER "T". • Exit the library. • Go right. • Talk to
Hammer.
• Puzzle 019 solution: move, rotate and place the pieces (K),
(L), (M), (N), (O), (P), (Q) into their new positions. • You
will receive the FOURTH PART OF LETTER "T". • Go up. • Examine
the sign. • Go left. • Talk to Socrates.
• Puzzle 020 solution: first, place a bug on every corner (R),
(S), (T), (U) then place the remaining bugs in any of the
remaining slots (V), (W), (X), (Y), two for every side of the
square. • Go right, down, left then down until you arrive at
Gingko Park. • Examine the middle tree.
• Puzzle 017, find all of the hidden objects. • You will
receive BUGS. • Go up, right, up then left to the Alley of
Beggars and talk to Socrates. • Go left to the Graveyard and
talk to Billie. • Go right 2 times, down, left, down 3 times
then right to the Great Windmill and enter the door. • Examine
the Owls. • Puzzle 012, complete the Rhythmic Game. • Go up. •
Examine the trunk on the left.
• Puzzle 013 solution.
• Puzzle 014, find all of the hidden objects. • You will
receive a DRAGONFLY. • Go back to the Graveyard and talk to
Billie.
• Puzzle 021 solution: move, rotate and place the pieces (A),
(B), (C), (D) into their new positions. • Enter the crypt at
the top of the hill. • Examine the grave.
• Puzzle 022 solution: place one one-eyed skull in the single
upper slot (E), move all skulls to the left and then move the
one-eyed skull out of the lock (F). Repeat until all one-eyed
skulls exit the lock.
Chapter 2: Underworld
• Talk to Headless Joe.
• Puzzle 023, find all of the hidden objects (optional). • You
will receive the FIRST PIECE OF THE MAP. • Go down the
trapdoor to Equipment Room then right to Mining Site. • Talk
to Wakonga. • Go right to Exibition Room and talk to Vergil. •
Go right to Lava Lake then back to Exibition Room. • Talk to
Vergil.
• Puzzle 026 solution. • Go left and talk to Wakonga. • Go
left to Equipment Room and examine the button. • Puzzle 024,
complete the Rhythmic Game. • You will receive a HARDHAT. • Go
right and talk to Wakonga.
• Puzzle 025, find all of the hidden objects. • Go through the
mining shaft behind Wakonga to Mine Shafts. • Examine the
sign.
• Puzzle 028 solution: 2. • Enter the middle shaft. • Talk to
Jimbo.
• Puzzle 029, find all of the hidden objects (optional). • Go
right through the small entrance. • Examine the green display.
• Puzzle 030 solution. • Go through the right door. • Talk to
Jebediah.
• Puzzle 031 solution: move the family members in the
following sequence. MOVE 1: Girl and boy cross the river. MOVE
2: Boy goes back. MOVE 3: Father crosses the river. MOVE 4:
Girl goes back. MOVE 5: Girl and boy cross the river. MOVE 6:
Boy goes back. MOVE 7: Mother crosses the river. MOVE 8: Girl
goes back. MOVE 9: Girl and boy cross the river. • Go through
the right tunnel to Control Room. • Talk to Harley.
• Puzzle 032 solution. • Go right to Lava Geysers. • Examine
the middle lava puddle. • Puzzle 034, complete the Rhythmic
Game. • Go right to Spider Mansion. • Examine the door at the
end of the staircase.
• Puzzle 035 solution: 3. • Enter the door. • Talk to
Gertrude.

receive a VACUUM CLEANER. • Talk to Percival again.
• Puzzle 040 solution: A=49, B=17, C=13, D=64. • Go left and
talk to Gertrude. • Puzzle 037, complete the Rhythmic Game. •
Go back to the Control Room and talk to Harley.
• Puzzle 033 solution. • Examine the green button next to the
elevator door. • Examine the pipes below.

SECOND PIECE OF THE MAP. • Enter the door marked "Crypto Zoo".

pirate.
