Welcome to the Romancing the Seven Wonders: The Great Pyramids Walkthrough! Help save Brianna’s sister, who has been entombed by the spirit of Queen Nefertiti, deep inside the Great Pyramid! Whether you use this document as a reference when things get difficult or as a road map to get you from beginning to end, we’re pretty sure you’ll find what you’re looking for here. This document contains a complete Romancing the Seven Wonders: The Great Pyramids game walkthrough featuring annotated screenshots from actual gameplay! We hope you find this information useful as you play your way through the game. Use the walkthrough menu below to quickly jump to whatever stage of the game you need help with. General Tips

This is a Hidden Object Game.
Click on the Options button to adjust the Music and Sound Volume and Full Screen option.
There are 36 Scarabs to find in order to unlock a bonus puzzle at the end of the game. I located 49 of them in one replay so if you miss some in a scene, you will be okay.
You may revisit any area you wish in the game whenever you want.
Move your cursor around each scene to see the different paths you can take. The curser will change to an arrow if you are able to go that way.
To return to a previous location, click on the bottom of the current scene.
Random clicking will result in a ten point reduction in your score.
The items to find change with each new game. The scarabs and inventory items remain the same. I played 5 times and the items changed each time.
The mini games are random but can be skipped if you wish.
To get a hint, click on the green glyph on the bottom right.
In this walkthrough, the scarabs are marked in red, hidden objects in yellow, inventory items in blue.
Press Esc key to get menu and pause.

Main Camp

Romancing the Seven Wonders: Great Pyramids

Find the 2 SCARABS in the scene and head to the upper left.

Find all the items listed and 2 SCARABS.
Click on the sparkling CANTEEN when complete and it will be added to your inventory.
Click on bottom of screen to return to main area and then click on the lower left.

Find all the items in the picture and 2 SCARABS.
Click on the sparkling DRY DATES when complete and it will be added to your inventory.
Click forward to head into the tent.

Collect 2 SCARABS and click on the bottom of the screen to exit out.
Exit via the bottom of the screen again to return to the main area and go to the lower right.

Collect 2 SCARABS and click on the sparkling camel.
Feed the DRY DATES to the camel and he will let you pass.

Hieroglyphic Tile Puzzle

The goal is to find and click on the matching tiles on the wall in the same order that they are presented on the top of the screen.
Once you find the first one, the rest will be adjacent to that one, either touching corners or sides.
The pyramid timer on the bottom right will fill up and if you are not finished it will reset with a new set of tiles.
The numbers to the left of the timer indicate how many sets you have found out of the required ten.
When possible use the bonus tiles on the bottom of the screen. When all 4 bonus tiles are used, it will automatically clear the next set of tiles.

Desert Area

Locate 1 SCARAB and head to the left and then head up.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS when complete and it will be added to your inventory.
Head back via the bottom of the screen two times to get back to the camel crossroads.
Go to the right.

Find all the items on the list and 2 SCARABS.
Click on the sparkling RAFT PADDLE and it will be added to your inventory.
Back out of the scene via the bottom of the screen 3 times to get back to the main area.
Head over to the top right.
Use the CANTEEN on the sparkling desert area.

Lid Puzzle

Match the correct lid with the right jar by matching the colored ring on the lid to the color of the square in the jar.
You may move them one lid over at a time by switching it with the one directly next to it.

The Nile

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS and it will be added to your inventory.
Use the RAFT PADDLE on the boat.

Hieroglyphic Tile Puzzle 2

The goal is to clear the top bar of hieroglyphics tiles before the bar fills up and timer counts down.

The Pyramid

Head straight past the pyramid and up the corridor.
Go left in the area with the openings of light.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling SLEDGE HAMMER and it will be added to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen and head to the right.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling MACHETE to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen and head straight down the corridor.

Grid Puzzle

The object of the game is to place all the markers located in the upper left corner on the grid.
The numbers written below and to the right of the grid are the number of markers that need to be placed in that row or column.
These puzzles are random and yours may be different from the ones shown in the screenshot.
Go to the left.

Pyramid Rooms

Find all of the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen and head to the right.

Find all of the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen and head straight up to the hallway and take a left.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen and head to the right.

Find the 4 SCARABS and exit to the bottom of the screen and then go straight 2 times.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area to the right and then back out via the bottom of the screen to the camel crossroads.
Head to the Upper Left, Go straight and then go right.

The Tomb

Use the HAMMER on the sparkling wall to open the tomb entrance.
Go forward 2 times and head up 1.

Pick up 2 SCARABS and go right.

Head up 1, Collect 2 SCARABS and then go to the right.

Head to the left and collect 5 SCARABS.
Back out of the screen via the bottom of the screen.

Head down the hole in the floor.
Go up the hole in the ceiling.
Go to the left.

Find all the items on the list and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling EGYPTIAN DISK to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the area via the bottom of the screen 6 times.

Head down, Go up, go up, go down, go up and then go left.

Find all items listed and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling WOODEN LADDER to add it to your inventory.
Exit out of the screen via the bottom of the screen 12 times till you reach the camel crossroads.
Go to the right.

The Shores

Use the MACHETE in inventory on the sparkling foliage.
Go forward 1 time.

Collect 1 SCARAB and go forward.

Collect 2 SCARABS and use the WOODEN LADDER on the sinkhole.
Head down into the sinkhole.

Find the items on the list and collect 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling PIECE OF THE QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Go back 6 times via the bottom of the screen to return to the main area.

Go to the upper right and collect 1 SCARAB.
Go forward 5 times.

Grid Puzzle 2

The object of the game is to place all the markers located in the upper left corner on the grid.
The numbers written below and to the right of the grid are the number of markers that need to be placed in that row or column.
These puzzles are random and yours may be different from the ones shown in the screenshot.
Go forward 3 times and head to the left.

Lid Puzzle 2

Match the correct lid with the right jar by matching the colored ring on the lid to the color of the square in the jar.
You may move them one lid over at a time by switching it with the one directly next to it.
These are in a random order each time.

Collect 1 SCARAB and go forward.

The Sphinx

Use the EGYPTIAN DISK on the entrance way into the Sphinx.
Go forward 1 time.

Find all the items listed and 1 SCARAB.
Click on the sparkling QUEEN’S SARCOPHAGUS to add it to your inventory.
Head up into the room, do not back out.

Place all the PIECES OF THE QUEEN’s SARCOPHAGUS items from Inventory on the Queen’s Sarcophagus.
Right click to rotate the pieces. Once they are in place correctly, they will no longer move.

Bonus Area

Grid Game
